Got to disagree... his fear tactics worked up until the mid to back end of the 00's Isolating and bullying a player and creating a team victim mentality is well out of date.. everyone has sussed him out and he will switch players off.. So what are everyone's thoughts on what we should do this summer, all hypothetical of course, but my wish list would be: Sell Diaz - £15m (personally think he's at his highest market value and we should cash in) Gallagher - £1m (sorry but he's just never really done it for us) Buy / loan 1 x GK as under study to Kaminski 2 x central defenders (ideally one that can play RB) 1 x RB (assuming Ryan is off) 1 x CM (ball playing) 2 x wingers 2 x strikers I know that's a lot but I think it's what we need given those that have left / are going to leave

If you snooze you lose... Don't know why such a cumbersome approach, the best interview for any likely manager is their recent track record of results and performances!? Chose your target, get them in for a whites of the eyes chat, quickly, to ensure you can work together and pull the trigger. The chat is also an opportunity for you to sell yourself.. and perhaps that's where we have fallen down.. Anyway I will be fuming if we end up with a Tony clone (someone from the scrap heap).. can we get a refund on season tickets?!
