  1. I’m going to assume you are relatively young, because anyone over the age of about 40 would know that you are wrong in just about any measurement of what constitutes a big club. Possibly apart from money, but as InvernessRover so eloquently stated, that’s a self propelling situation and a matter of lucky geography. Arsenal a bigger club than Celtic? Even Ian Wright, as big an Arsenal cheerleader as you will come across, couldn’t believe what he found when he signed for the Hoops. Why do you think the premier league clubs were so against the idea of Rangers and Celtic joining it a few years back?
  2. Buffalo Springfield - Broken Arrow
  3. Celtic pissed on Rovers' chips though didn't they? I had to go into an office full of Celtic fans the next day at work as well!
  4. A lot of people still don't realise just how massive Celtic and Rangers actually are. You can understand why their fans get annoyed at players signing for the likes of Bournemouth etc above an old firm team. Celtic have much more right to be in any European elite league than Spurs or Arsenal.
  5. The Supernaturals - Motorcycle Parts (very Lennon-esque this one)
  6. Obviously it is a matter of opinion (as you say) but I think your first sentence is pretty harsh, to be honest. I do think you make a fair point in your second paragraph though. The Trust perhaps should be directly offering to help Venkys engage with supporters. I have volunteered to help The Trust going forward and I did get sight of the first draft of this letter and made some suggested changes, many of which were taken on board. This isn't necessarily aimed at you bringdunnback but its too easy sometimes to simply criticise from the sidelines when it is basically one or two people constantly trying to be all things in relation to the Trust. They need our support. The Trust is about to attempt to re-energise itself and reconnect with the broader Rovers fan base and so I would encourage as many Rovers fans as possible to join in and subscribe - the annual cost is the same as watching just one game on the EFL iFollow channel.
  7. Generation X - Valley of the Dolls
  8. I'll give you a clue, it begins with the letter V
  9. The Jam - To Be Someone (Didn't We Have a Nice Time)
  10. They are. I can categorically assure you of that my friend.
  11. Ace of Base - All That She Wants
  12. Johnny Nash - I Can See Clearly Now
  13. Michael Jackson - Stranger In Moscow
  14. Genesis - Turn It On Again
  15. Paul Weller - Long Long Road
  16. The very fact that we are being mentioned in that sort of market is a sign that others think we will change managers soon.
  17. Exactly this! It just seems so bloody obvious to me.
  18. Prince and the Revolution - When Doves Cry
  19. Great news for me, the pubs are reopening in Scotland (indoors) on Monday. 🍻🍻🍻
  20. The Sex Pistols - Pretty Vacant
  21. This is the problem Rev, the way some people on here react to snippets being passed on doesn't exactly encourage posters to share any info or even gossip. It all gets a bit snidey at times. For what its worth I still trust my source who told me that the plan around Feb/March time was to part company with TM at the end of the season, then it seemed to change to a more imminent parting of the ways in April, then something happened to put Plan A back on the table, which my source reckons is still going to happen. I am making the assumption that they had someone lined up to take over but it didn't work out. This fella wouldn't simply make these things up, he's not an attention seeker, WUM, or anything like that at all and he doesn't have a track record of getting things wrong. The next week or so will tell us, I suppose, whether any of this has any substance.
