  1. I wouldn't have spotted it either if the other poster Banzai hadn't flagged it up to be honest mate. Yeah it does look like it would take an exceptional sequence of results to relegate us now but stranger things have happened..... ....I'm hoping that freak outcome for this season is being saved for the premier league and the Dingles.
  2. Not on the predictor tables in your post it hasn't Stuart.
  3. Terrific performance from young Matsuyama. A thoroughly deserved green jacket for the lad. Well done!
  4. The Questions - Work and Play
  5. Thanks for that Chaddy - every day is a school day as they say. I didn’t know the background to Maggott pitching up at Rovers (other than the TM connection)
  6. Don’t do it oldjamfan, don’t do it!!! okay, The Vapors - Johnny’s In Love (Again)
  7. Brilliant stuff mate
  8. The Jam - All Around the World
  9. The Beatles - Nowhere Man
  10. What a load of old cobblers. Make the funeral earlier for goodness sake.
  11. They don’t tolerate riff-raff Gav. Simple as that really mate 😉
  12. Dan, I have no doubt that you are 100% a Rover and that you were in an invidious position when you worked for LET. However..... the content and context of your tweet in reply to Rob Young intimated that you agreed with his notion that Rovers fans have only objected to the Brockhall plans because the team is getting dicked at the moment. I and many others have no other context within which to place your tweet if you and Rob have had other conversations. Time to start being a journalist mate!
  13. Yes, he very much was. Either that or he seems to think that Pasha ‘is’ the owners.
  14. That was the exact analogy that was in my head when I typed that den!!
  15. You should pour yourself a glass of something nice Simon. You should also never have to buy a drink at Ewood ever again. Well done mate!
  16. I completely understand why you would think this Ian, but I do think you might be reading too much into what is essentially a face-saving statement.
  17. Well done to all those who opposed this, whether publicly or by doing diligent work in the background. Hopefully this isn't the last bit of good news we get this week.....
  18. Yeah I knew that Jim, it was more a reference to the grand old age he reached and the fact that it will have been lying on a shelf for decades probably.
  19. Almost certainly means that but it should have happened before now (Tuesday really)
