No offence but your fix might take a while to implement. Changing formation takes a week. I agree the owners are shit and the transfer windows have been shit. But JDT is not even rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic he is sitting on them saying "the band are still playing"

I said I was no fan, I have been calling for a change of formation for months. Like it or not he is the club captain with 200 games played he was never even given a chance this season to play as one of 2 holding mids, instead we have continued with a formation that is clearly not working.

He is in the media begging for experience while shipping it out of the team after freezing them out. I am no fan of Travis but it was obvious for weeks that we needed to change formation and get some protection into midfield because anything that goes into the box is a goal.

The fact it was obvious we were in a scrap in January and we needed to change our style and keep our experienced players with some fight in them. What does JDT do, loans out Travis as he is not in his plans. He should have been on his knees telling Travis he was changing the system to play 433 with 2 holding mids and Wharton as the 3rd.
