  1. Armstrong needs to look up and see what’s around him, runs with his head down, why he isn’t a number 10. Twice he has wasted good opportunities, one for the quick counter and two travis was free running into the box and pinged it back post to graham
  2. This whole game screams depressing and miserable
  3. Don’t know if many of you have watched the Leeds doc on prime, but regardless of your thoughts on Leeds and the fact they seem to bottle it every season, that’s a regime I could really get behind. An owner who is likeable, determined to succeed and Engages with fans. A manager who demands respect and fairness and who identifies where weaknesses are in the team and will drop fan favourites. A young team who wear shirt with pride and play good attacking football. Just about everything we aren’t to be honest and it really grates me. I hate saying it but I don’t like my own team just now. No wonder Ewood is quarter full
  4. Really wish questions had been asked re gallagher in the wing and low ambitions to attack teams oh and brereton when we had the chance. Have been and continue to be a mowbray out kinda guy, performances/inevitable of this result is painful
  5. Yea real incentive to win, sadly I don’t think we will
  6. Think your a good poster mate, certainly worthy of you seat, I was more just meaning somebody who didn’t quite have same opinion of you as I see your a mowbray backer, good to get a wide range of opinions and priorities. I’m not a mowbray fan so would’ve liked him getting a slightly sterner test with regards to transfers, progression, tactics
  7. Appreciate the feedback from all who went but I can’t help feel I would’ve liked one at least who wasn’t so much a mowbray fan, and wasn’t afraid to speak up to question re transfers, brereton, players out of position esp gallagher, why it’s taken so long for nyambe to get that rb position over Bennett if he is so highly thought of, making same mistakes as last year, not pushing for promotion, horrible winless runs, the raya saga- selling without having a replacement, very amateurish. And other gripes which none seemed to really be addressed instead talking about recycling, fans seating and away kits. Don’t think we really care about this do we
  8. I would certainly like a bit more of the meaty issues addressed rather than recycling issues, seems a bit of a waste of an opportunity but I imagine the questions are hand picked prior to the event
  9. Still more than the nothing to spend some were saying last night, also said they were open to pushing past that.
  10. I’d like you to go , I trust your judgement more than most on here, next time, take one for yourself. Please
  11. Didn’t answer the question I want answered. Brereton. Wtf
  12. With all due respect you know nothing- as do I- about rovers finances. We may have a lot more money than you think. Added in we lose a lot of players, finally move on some high wages, mulgrew, added to that , the lad is 32, he has 3-4 good years left, does he want to be stuck on a bench for them or does he want to end his career well. You have all these factors that make it a lot more possible than your stock answer of we have no money. Is there a chance he wants too much wages- of course. Is there a chance Celtic are bluffing and do actually want him- of course. I said we should be asking the question. Worst thing we can do is not look now for our goalkeeper next season and then panic like we done last summer when we didn’t get the tadget we wanted when we sold raya. Preparations have to have started already. Try and not be so doom and gloom, things have been worse
  13. I knew he was on a hefty wage, however, he is 32 in March, Southampton don’t want him, if he wants to play he will need to take a pay cut and Southampton a nice wee bonus to leave. Is it worth asking or are we just going to wait until the summer and have many many positions to fill quickly? Have a word mate. (To the original poster not the one I quoted)
  14. Ahh sorry didn’t know we had rovers book keeper on the board
  15. Word on the street is that Celtic are not going to be signing Forster at end of the season, he has been excellent since returning there. 100% I’d be making moves now to see chances of securing him as our number 1 next season
  16. It’s a cup game, they were equal to Newcastle at the time, wouldn’t find me criticising going for it. Mowbray has to learn this
  17. I see matty longstaff is playing tonight but atsu can’t even get into newcastle b squad, doesn’t look like he has a future there. Good chance to watch oxford too who have been producing some quality players last few years
  18. Bowyer isn’t a great manager, not bad for a crisis club keeping them up, can scrape draws but as an attacking top of the table side- no way
  19. Don’t see it, otherwise he would want one last hurrah at promotion whereas he seems to lack urgency which suggests the long game
  20. I’m afraid the buck stops with the manager if it’s his decision on recruitment in that case- bought big- hasn’t developed or resold big. As a result we are crushed under financial constraints
