L1 clubs interested in Ennis on loan.

Thankfully he’s signed a long term deal, so clubs won’t have us over barrel. Would he looking at £20m and a chunky sell on fee from premier league clubs. I’m surprised that European clubs haven’t been looking at Adam. Clubs in Germany and Italy have taken a shine to British players lately. You’d think that a club like Dortmund would be all over him.

Some reaction from Coventry fans, sounds very similar to players we have already.

Yasin Ayari, on loan from Brighton. Centre midfielder/attacking midfielder, played 13 games for Coventry this season and scored 1 goal.

Yeah I think you’re right actually - my bad. I remember watching them at the start of the season and they were playing some nice stuff. I did catch the East Anglia derby and they were a bit more ‘traditional’ as you’ve said. I put that down to just being a derby game.

This is very similar to the Sorba Thomas situation last season. Wasn’t playing for Huddersfield and wanted more game time, so was loaned to a promotion hopeful. Although Travis isn’t a flashy player, he works hard, loves a tackle and will play anywhere. I’m disappointed to see him leave as we need different styles of players in midfield for different games. we’re not always going to dominate the ball and we need a ball winner/workhorse to help out. JDT doesn’t think he’s good enough to play our style of football, but the Ipswich manager currently playing better football and sat in 2nd place thinks he is. Rovers and JDT will be banking on Ipswich getting promoted and Trav having a stormer with them. It will increase his value and Ipswich fans will put pressure on the board to sign him. If it doesn’t go well, he’ll return to Ewood and be sold in the summer.
