Would you fire TM today?

You would be the dream owner for a manager - as you would never fire them.

Even more damning is that we now DO have his 1st choice as well - and he has not shown to be worth the money either as of yet.

Read through the Miller11 thread where it apparently came from the horses mouth (Waggott) at the fans forum that the plan was to sell Dack.

Yeah odd signing. Obviously already know he can cut it at national League level, so why not find him somewhere at least a league up? l2 would have been good for 6 months - should be good enough considering his age and the fact we thought him good enough to sign.

Tbf, a lot of Rhodes good work was done up front alone. Was rather prolific. he is just not the same type of player to DG. Would I take him back? Nobody else seems to know how to score apart from AA, so yeah probably.

While Mercer is obviously full of hyperbole alot of the time, how long do you think we can keep doing this? Owners have money yes, they are keeping the lights on and even investing a little in the last few years (badly though it has to be said). How many hundreds of millions are we at now? What is clear is that they will not be around forever and what does that spell for our club if we are not able to get to a position to reduce that debt significantly so that they can finally walk?

Mowbray essentially hired his own boss. Think thats quite clear really. Do you think if we actually went looking for a CEO we could not do better than TMs mate at Coventry? Words in ears - job done.

Not sure why loaning out BB means we have to keep Samual. We would still have 3 strikers in DG, AA, and SG for one spot. Thing is, TM doesnt think of two of them as strikers. We have plenty of options in midfield and on the wing. Why not Chapman, or perhaps even Bennett playing in his natural position? Costello coming through the academy and even Parson is bemused that Mols is yet to get a chance. Rothwell, Downing, Bennett and Chapman alone is more than enough to cover wide positions while Holtby can have the Dack role. Get a LB in to free up Downing, a CB to cover the inevitable Lenihan and/or Tosin injury and perhaps try to sign a permanent experienced keeper. Can always loan a young lad to play striker too.

Maybe they should just come in summertime so we can just throw mud instead.

Yeah, for that kind of fee you would expect to have heard of the player at least. Especially when the likes of Bamford and other top championship strikers were going for that sort of money.

That's interesting. Would be over the moon with that. had a few dodgy displays but he has huge potential in my eyes.

A loan abroad is perfect. You can imagine the stick he would get from opposing fans being loaned down the leagues here. That will not be great for his confidence either. They wont know much about him in Holland, so it can be a nice little fresh start, get some confidence back and hopefully come back a force to be reckoned with.

Exactly, if TM is such a big fan of their recruitment and how they turn players around for huge profits - did that not make him think before selling off Raya? Surely they think they got a good deal and could turn him around too?
