  1. Big game for bucks, got a lot of faith in him but this is a big game we really need him to provide quality on the ball in the final 3rd. Glad TM has kept with him.
  2. Putting it simply, we need to beat the bigger teams if we are going to make the playoffs. I can only remember Brentford at home and Bristol city away being our big game victories this season. Brentford away poses is the poor opportunity to do that. At this stage in the season with the form we’re on, aswell as being in touching distance off the play offs you would be forgiven for expecting a nose bleed at Brentford, however if we can get a win, then I will begin to fully believe we can make the playoffs. I would go as far to say it could be our most important match since our relegation from the prem (excluding league one). A big game.
  3. Speaks volume that Brereton can’t even get a game in this injury crisis
  4. Would play walton nyambe Lenihan Tosin bell Buckley travis Downing Brereton Armstrong JRC With these injuries we have no choice but to give some of the younger lads a run in the team. Hopefully they can come of age and help us out in this injury crisis
  5. We’re actually a joke. How did we come to the conclusion that we would be alright without any attacking reinforcements with our best player out for the season and number of our forwards injury prone. TM derserves the sack for that alone.
  6. With Rothwell out for a month and no dack it will be an absolute joke if we don’t bring in an attacker. Ofc we won’t do anyways. I have no faith in the way TM conducts his transfer buisness.
  7. I know he’s abit of a meme on here But a new club which is mid-table championship has come in for Maddison. Could be us.
  8. Anyone got a clip of the goal?
  9. Let’s not forget Boro away last season... good start tho!
  10. Armstrong has really come into his own recently, scoring goals and causing problems. With Holtby and Rothwell we also have some real creativity, if we could just sort that wide right position out this window then we might do alright without dack. Would be interested to see how JRC gets on there.
  11. No chance in Tosin signing. He’s already said in an recent interview how he hopes to break into the first team set up at city.
  12. Chapman for Evans and downing central would be my change if he can’t continue
  13. I’ve completely lost faith with TM over transfers, our last 3 windows have been shocking and I can’t say there has been much improvement in the squad, in some areas we have gone backwards. He needs to go if we are to move forward. His refusals to signs out and out wingers is beyond ridiculous, instead signing expensive useless players to play as ‘wide forwards’.
  14. I too have been hoping for a shock move for mor, especially as he is available for 5m this window as reported by sky. While that may seem a hefty price the potential reward is to great to turn down. Would offer versatility in being able to play up front or out wide, though he’d used in behind a focal point. Which is what we’re lacking atm without dack. Wish we could get tugay on the line to put in a good word. It’ll never happen though as there are rumours of an attitude problem meaning TM will be scared to go anywhere near. Which is a real shame cuz at 5m it’s a proper bargain. Makes our signings of SG and BB look ridiculous for the price we paid. The value is definitely abroad.
  15. Would be all over madine on a free. Know we’re not short of attackers but all our out and out strikers are pretty awful (not including Armstrong) or too old.
  16. Couple of players I’d like to see us look at in jan yedlin - Newcastle RB/LB Maddison - Peterborough LW/RW (yes him again) Empadu - Chelsea CB (if he gets recalled from loan in Germany) Williams - Manchester United LB Don’t think we need to go after a replacement for Dack, we have Holtby or Buckley who I believe both could excel in that free role. Full backs and genuine wingers are the must signings for me. Tho unfortunately I feel TM will persist with ‘wide forwards’. Wouldn’t mind bringing in a keeper but not sure who we could get in January who would be able to be a long term option.
  17. Best result of the season. Looking like promotion hopefuls atm. Awaiting the inevitable nosebleed though.
  18. Needs to go. Losing games atm might do us good in the long run if it means he gets the sack
  19. If anyone could send a certain link then that would be appreciated
  20. Very suprised to hear how happy millwall fans are that Harris has left. From their forums sounds like the fans turned on him and he decided to leave on the back of that, which is pretty honourable from him Tbf. Reckon mil wall fans will regret turning on him tho.
  21. I actually thought we were very good today. Downing and travis excellent, Armstrong surprisingly very good aswel. Holtby has to start the next game. Gallagher was a waste of space out wide tho. Also thought Samuel was looking decent when he came on. Should of won the game tho and in terms of results the last 2 games have been very poor. Missed opportunity.
  22. Poor team, with no balance. Would of played Rothwell dack and Holtby behind graham. Can’t see us getting anything from this. We have two strikers playing in the wide areas. That says it all.
  23. Same old rovers today, first goal was a real sucker punch, especially as we started the game so so well, probably the best I’ve seen us play in a long term, albeit, for 10 mins. After that we were awful. Travis the only player who came out with any realcredit, our best player by a long way. Although I did notice that he seems to always play the easy pass, very rarely does he switch the play with a long ball or provide a splitting pass. That aside he was excellent just needs to stop playing it safe all the time. Holtby did alright aswell when he came on him dack and Rothwell will be a handful ( if there ever used together). Overall a poor performance where we didnt really create any guilt edge opportunities. Lose at forest and we are looking a long way off the playoffs and they’re a team who are 8 unbeaten or something like that. Gonna be a tough one. On the side that was probably one of the worst refereeing performances I have ever seen. Let Luton get away with far to much time wasting and had no idea why our goal was ruled out.
