The club had him watched a couple of times when he was at Rochdale ,this i know for a fact ..

Couldn't afford to go up then, i was told that by two players at the club .. I was recovering form a bad knee injury at the time and spent some time recovering ,lot's of talk that Rovers couldn't afford to go up..
