  1. It's to be hoped we had a good sell on clause as other premier League clubs will be taking note.
  2. Had to put a no longer attending but still interested mate straight last night about the £11 million. He thought we would have a stack of cash to spend in January!
  3. Worst start to a season since 1904 long may it continue
  4. Got tasty in extra time with two sent off one for over celebration of the winning goal and one for a slap in the face.
  5. Exactly this Preston lost £15million year end june22
  6. Think the payment to us by Wednesday would be treated as capital income. The tax would be on Buckley's wage. As we run at a huge loss there is no tax on the capital income received. So only one lot of tax.
  7. Don't know the ins and outs of loan deals but look on this from view that Buckos contract is with rovers. If he comes back in January that contract is still running. In the meantime Wednesday took over paying a certain percentage of his wages amount not known. Wednesday pay that percentage to rovers not bucko. Bucko still gets what his contract with rovers is in full. So if Wednesday can't pay it's rovers that suffer not Buckley.Happy to be corrected if that is wrong.
  8. The agreement would be between the clubs. So we would join the long list of creditors. Bucko is contracted to rovers.
  9. So if sheff Wednesday are struggling to pay wages any contribution they were making on Buckos wage will fall back on us to make up. Totally pointless loan.
  10. If it had been left to swag it would be 4 of 6. Credit Greg the egg for the jdt appointment. Will be interesting to see how his win percentage is when reaches Kendall total of matches. Just imagine what jdt would achieve if the owners actually backed him.
  11. Being pernickity but that table suggests kiddo lost all his games!
  12. Struggling to start for a struggling side doesn't bode well came on after 70 odd minutes today.
  13. It's another example for the who would be interested in us debate
  14. Now there's a subject for a poll Mike Ashley or venkys
  15. Need £10 million to get us through to summer without any input from the feckless ones. In the last set of accounts they hadn't paid their sponsorship money by the accounts year end . You would have to think the same will apply this year.
  16. That £3 million move to Swansea may look more appealing now.
  17. Can't stroll through games in national League north.
  18. The interest paid is up to march 23 for the year Bank of India was significantly higher than the UK between 7 and 8per cent . Which would sit with 12 per cent of 6 million
  19. We are losing £400,000 a week. The funds from summer transfer deals would last around 10 weeks. This money raising exercise has the hallmarks of getting us through to the January window. You can bank on more sales then.
  20. According to the accounts the club was paid interest of £769000 for the outstanding monies in the training ground deal. Such an interest payment does not suggest only £6million was left to pay. The statement that £6 million was outstanding could be read two ways. One being that it was an initial £6 million payment that was late in being paid. The accounts don't appear to show the other 11 million having already been paid as at 31st march 2023.
  21. 1) venkys London limited have taken out the loan. The rent rovers were paying them now goes to crossbaron.
  22. With the rental income assigned to crossbaron the implications are that if the club can't pay the rent they take control of the land. No wonder a venture capitalist is all over this. We've gone from owning our training centre to on the verge of loosing it entirely. The march 23 accounts showed venkys had then not paid any money for the training centre to the club
  23. Don't see any good coming of this for the club. Where venture capitalists spy an opportunity it is for the benefit of their investors.
