  1. Finally an admission of sorts that there has been an impedance to funding from India.
  2. Is it coincidence Suhail agrees to meet WATR two weeks before the court date?
  3. Is that four 3pm Saturday home kick offs before Christmas?
  4. Remember when they first arrived they talked about just leasing players. Here we are.
  5. Not sure the V's have any say in the matter as they are the defendants in the case. It's the directorate of enforcement that is pursuing the case.
  6. Pears nailed on as first choice keeper
  7. It's what I expect. What I want is a club where there is trust between the fan base and those running and owning the club.
  8. If the hearing goes ahead on the day I fully expect the directorate of enforcement to prove their case with the result all overseas funding is banned.
  9. Not the point. Unless you want to name three keepers on the subs bench
  10. Squad of 26 including 4 keepers and one lad with a long term injury. The bare bones.
  11. Cash flow problems with nearly 9k season tickets bought doesn't bode well for the depths of winter.
  12. When the judge gave the decision to postpone the last hearing the reasoning given was it was complicated with not enough time left to devote to it. In my opinion that is something more than a request for additional funding which has already had a precedent set and is supported by fully costed evidence of where the money is going. The term final hearing suggests to me the determination of the Alexander House case.
  13. The directorate of enforcement take very few of their cases to court and have a very high percentage success rate on those they pursue.
  14. The August 20 court date is all about the Alexander House deal. Any request for additional funding is a side issue.
  15. It's also to do with how they purchased Anderton House which is why the judge in the previous hearing deferred it because it was going to take some time to hear the case.
  16. Two promoted teams at home to start both with momentum. Norwich and Dingles away. Predicting nil points by end August.
  17. Waggotts looking into it.
  18. Has any money arrived from India since March?
  19. The hearing never got to be heard in court in March it was adjourned until August. The judge ruled there was insufficient time left in the day to here it.
  20. The court date in August is primarily to do with the purchase of Anderton House from Gary Neville
  21. Fact. No money can be sent from India without the court approving it. So I can't see how the statement there are no impediments to Venkys sending money over stands up. They can't just do a bank transfer. They have to apply to court with a detailed breakdown of what the costs are for. Hope that answers your question forever blue.
  22. Simply not true that there are no current impediments to the current funding of the club by the owners nor that the court case has nothing to do with the running of the club.
  23. That was the blues bar experiment.
  24. Hope he is as good as his dad.
