Yeah been a poor run of games but luckily we only lost in the cup. Hopefully it's just a blip and things will click again. -
They're not going to get relegated until August at this rate.

They're bodies through the door and better than what we currently have. It wont do any harm having alternatives and this lad from spurs looks a tricky little player. I think outside of our starting eleven the bench looks weak bar Gally and dolan. -

Wigan (a), FA Cup 3rd Round, 8/1/21

Looked ropey against Barnsley and then against Huddersfield last week. We were due a loss and I just hope the reaction is as good as the Fulham one last time. Surprised how strong of a team he named to be fair and I think it definitely shows a need for some reinforcements now. Hopefully we can get a couple of players in don't want the wheels to fall off. -

Nyambe is solid enough and is easily our best option at fullback. Pickering shows glimpses of the player he could be and has plenty of time to get better. I think if nyambe was better going forward he would've been snapped up off a prem team. That said the fact he could potentially leave for free is absolutely ridiculous. I think he is definitely worth a punt for either free or for the small fee they could get him for. He could get better going forward with better coaches and playing with a higher caliber of players. -

Yeah don't mind Gally he's a different option to have. It's a shame he got injured when he did, as he was probably playing the best he has since he came back. -

We need to use the position we currently find ourselves in to get the lads believing in this club and signed to new deals. That would be my absolute priority. If we could get a decent young full back in and maybe an attacker, to fill the void left by poveda then I'd be more than happy. -
v Barnsley (h) - 29/12/21

Barnsley played alot better than I expected and certainly didn't just roll over, like a team second bottom of the league. In a way a battling victory like last night, is even more satisfying and shows character than some of the pumpings we've dished out. We've got a great young squad with the wind in their sails. It's a joy to go and watch and the next game can't come soon enough. -

I think Armstrong shone in an otherwise bang average squad. This squad, although mostly the same group are far better round this season. I think not relying so heavily on him has helped others progress. I can't say we would be better off without him, although he was a bit of a luxury. -

Dack and JRC would be like two new signings if they come back and can stay fit. They could potentially be what pushes us to promotion. I'd maybe add some goals if we can do the right deal, also Doyle is a definite upgrade on Clarkson. -
John Buckley

He's been brilliant for the most part this season. Could see it right from the off against Swansea. Fair play to the lad, also the goals and assists will come with experience. -

I wouldn't begrudge him anything and definitely think, if he carries on he deserves a move. He owes us until the end of the season though surely. For the money spent and time invested. -

I'll take another 7-0 on Saturday if it means the clueless cunt goes. Absolute shambles. 2-0 down a man down, go out and defend and don't let it get embarrassing. -

Looking like Messi won't be signed on before the morecambe game tonight? Also he's nipped to France for his medical no idea why. -
v Swansea City (h) - 7/8/21

I think we pressed them brilliantly most of the game . Happy that gallaghuero got a goal and looked a threat on occasion. Diaz like I said after the Leeds game, what a difference a bit of confidence can do to a forward. Rothwell made his little darting runs and looked really up for it. See in we can keep hold of him. Dolan was fantastic loves a tackle but needs to learn how to strike the ball. Nyambe was an absolute machine. Buckley was the outstanding player for me. Especially in the first half, Hope he keeps it up because what a player he could be. My only criticism would be we should've scored more and made it more comfortable. -

Mixed feelings aboug today. I almost wish I hadn't been to the Leeds game, as its taken away from that first game back excitement 😂. Swansea are in a similar if not worse situation than ourselves. So we should be beating these lot don't care who or how. Get it done and get some signings in before deadline day.
