Cheers..info below More could follow, as Newcastle hope to finalise the signing of Blackburn talent Rory Finneran in the coming weeks. The 16-year-old Irish youth international became Rovers’ youngest-ever player to feature in a first-team game earlier this year, featuring for the Championship side in the FA Cup. He’s expected to be the next Academy arrival ahead of the 2024/25 season if all goes to plan, with Newcastle believing they’ve held off competition from a number of clubs in England and Germany. The club have also hired a new Under-16 lead coach, with PSV’s Jack Brazil leaving the Dutch giants to take up a new position at the club.

At the time of writing, there are only 24 days until they face Derby County at Ewood Park. Eustace has repeatedly said that he wants 'four or five quality players' to improve his current squad. Where fans may have been critical before of a perceived lack of ambition in the head coach's messaging, he has been positively clear about the need to strengthen the squad. Just read the above.. A certain S kean used to talk absolute BS about rovers transfer plans too

Highlights of his debut.

They are petty. He clearly spoke his mind and got stuff done but those around him didn't see his value. The project is now survival

Thanks for posting. Great reading by GB. Fair play he is good at spinning but we did achieve some positive stuff in his time
