Streets were filled in Blackburn they've never seen the likes! From afternoon til night fall the pubs were full the locals spilled out on the streets people driving up n down honking all day flags and scarves everywhere what a time we had

Way I see it, is both Blackburn and Burnley are incredibly fortunate to be founding members and to have this huge rivalry that is part of the fabric of English football. Our derby days are the stuff of dreams and everyone's world cup final. You can't sleep the night before, you dream of winning it. That pair of regular season games that may not (depending on league positions) affect a great deal of the season ahead (or behind) We turn out in our thousands fill the grounds... Imagine that we never got to see that again or its a once in a blue moon match. Honestly, if Burnley were to drop down the leagues I'd be gutted just because we won't have those derby's again. Fans ought to band together in the name of football to turf out the shite that is ruining our heritage, the working man's day out. The greatest, fiercest and most historical derby in English football.
