for those who think he's good, what particular skills is he good at? Does he pick a good pass, can he beat his man, has he got good awareness, has he got a good long-range shot on him, does he close down well ... ? 'Cos fromw hat I've seen he's bang average and just runs around a lot.

He does an absolutely superb take-off of Tony Blair in "The Queen". he's an excellent imitator of tics and wotnot. Saw "Quantum of Solace" on DVD this week. With a second viewing teh film's grown on me a bit. Still think it goes too far down teh Bourne route. And one thing I don't understand. Near the beginning Mitchell escapes, so Bond chases him. Why does he bother to chase Mitchell when he should've hung onto mr White, surely he'd be of more value?

Martin Sheen, Paul? Can't quite imagine him playing Clough. Apart from that, and getting the title wrong, no worries.

I can't believe I'm writing this, but Guy Ritchie is going to re-make The Wild Geese. God knows why, I don't think the original can be improved upon.

I don't think he's taken steroids, but he was caught with HGH in Australia, last year I think it was. He looked very strange in Rambo, which I put down to HGH.

Saw Enigma last night, seen it before. But it's still a great film. Came out about 8 years ago, about teh code breakers at Bletchley. Reminds me of Eye of the Needle and 39 Steps in a strange way.

Saw Hancock last night, was in hysterics. funniest film I've seen since "In Bruges".

That one where they're dangling around on ropes, that got on my nerves. So contrived. And not at all exciting. Couple of action scenes ripped straight off from Bourne. I'd give it a 6/10 overall, whereas Casino Royale got 10/10. Too revisionist, too un-involving.

Watched United 93 last night, never seen it before. Excellent film, but I really shouldn't have watched it after a stressful day at work. it got me so bloody angry I sat there watching it with my fists clenched.
