This is my fear also...Wigan and Brum should have been nailed on home bankers. Seems a psychological problem for us at times,we fail to raise our game against lower placed teams.

What a fight from Fury,Wilder looked battered! Took the fight right to him from the first bell,moves so well for a big lump...you have to respect the man for what he has overcome in his personal life. His boxing reputation as well as his bank balance is set to increase greatly and deservingly so. Earned.

Very entertaining game and Rovers were in it right to the final whistle. Fair play to both sides....a superbly taken goal for each side worthy of the Top flight.

Right,another idea... The large pictures of Douglas and Clayton on the BBE frontage look superb and add colour,class and recognition. There are spaces for more on the front of the JW and Darwen End Stands....let's see one for Tony,Bob Crompton,Simon Garner and maybe Shearer(?).....

This struck a serious chord with me,a bang average team with no talisman the fans can connect with.Nothing to get excited about on or off the field of play,fans just turning up through a laboured sense of duty. Dire to be a Rover atm.
