  1. We agreed them late yesterday - just waiting for them to be put on the website.
  2. I'm flattered that you've gone back several years to make a point that people should ignore anything that I post, especially when you have misquoted the minute anyway.
  3. S4C are showing the Bournemouth v Swansea game on the Thursday!
  4. There was a stat last year I think about how we picked up more points with Gallagher in the team than not. This season he has played some part in 4 games - 2 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat, so 7 points. Without him we have picked up 25 points in 22 games. If he had played all games and got the same return we would be in the play-offs right now.
  5. I suspect that Monday night is a very real possibility. There are currently no major games scheduled for Monday night and there is a full midweek PL fixture list, hence why no PL club cup game has been scheduled for Monday.
  6. So are we now saying that Rovers aren't charging enough for tickets? I would imagine that what the clubs did was agree that they would charge £20 for adults at both games. I just had look at Huddersfield's website and for their next 4 home games they are charging £25 for adults, £20 for over 65s, £10 for under 11s and £15 for 12-18 year olds. They also have a cheaper offer of £15 for a small part of one of their stands. I presume Rovers have just applied their typical £20 offer with standard reductions for concessions. This means that over 65s Rovers fans paid £20 and Huddersfield over 65s will only pay £16. But on the other hand any walk-up Rovers fans will pay less for the home game than they would have for the away game. To be honest I really can't get worked up over this. Our deals are a lot better for concessions than Huddersfield's. Would we have wanted Rovers to charge young people what Huddersfield charge i.e. quite a bit more than normal?? How popular would that have been?
  7. I suspect that there will be no rush to get this game played. Neither side will be keen to put on a midweek game in February.
  8. He's at school in Altrincham, so I assume he was born around there. If he had been born in Ireland and moved over when he joined Rovers he would hardly have moved there.
  9. I know Abbey, it’s terrible isn’t it. We only had 3 Academy players start the game today and another 3 end it.
  10. Excellent news Mercer, having picked up my West Brom tickets today.
  11. Appropriate reference to The Future there Leonard.
  12. As Mike correctly says the Black Horse is in Gregson Lane, not Hoghton.
  13. Unless having an in house TV option is different in Sky's eyes to iFollow?
  14. I have this vague recollection about some non Saturday afternoon games not being available on the red button, like around Christmas and Easter? I just found this on the Sky website: - Please note: We can only show rescheduled, displaced midweek games or games taking place away from Saturday at 3pm that are not part of a regular midweek round on the Red Button where respective clubs stream them on their iFollow app. Anyway I'm going with my son. It's my birthday today and I don't think I've ever seen them win on this day. Not hopeful of a change in luck tonight but who knows?
  15. Good to hear that you’re better, but perhaps better wait until Monday to go to Ewood.
  16. Simon - how do you expect the FF to have had a reaction to this given it has been announced since our last meeting? We are making representations direct to management outside the meeting structure though.
  17. Sunderland did OK as well, winning 5-0. I think I’d remember that it was only 2-0 going into injury time and that was us playing with 10 men for 45 minutes. That is not to praise Rovers, but to caution against suggesting that Southampton are some all conquering machine. I would have them as maybe play-off contenders but not much chance of automatic promotion.
  18. I don't think I have ever received anything from PNE and I live in PR1 and have done since 1985. And I'm pretty sure I'm on their database given I have bought the odd ticket direct from them.
