Was Pears ‘Rooted to his line’ for the first goal? -
Great line 😂

One poster was at the game, one wasn’t, I’d give this one to Chaddy. -
Lancs live on Sky right now, heading for a draw.

The decline of The Cartford Inn has been greatly exaggerated! Ate there last night, as good as ever. Scallops, Oysters, French onion soup, duck, lamb, lobster and Margaritas. Superb and the added bonus, you can buy the legendary French Onion soup and bowl in the shop!

I don’t disagree he should have come for the ball, but he wasn’t ‘glued to his line’ Sparks, he was caught in 2 minds and retreated, wrong decision. The lad has been excellent all season, we are blessed with 2 very good keepers right now. -

Pears wasn’t glued to his line at all, he was on the edge of his box and retreated. You obviously never saw the game. -

As an exiled fan, I loved the chance to get to a packed Ewood yesterday, but being long in the tooth as I am, it was always destined to end in defeat. From the first few minutes it was clear we were not at the races, second to every ball, Norwich looked like they had more players on the pitch than us. We were beaten in every area yesterday, I think the season has finally caught up with us, which is a shame as both players and supporters deserve better. Shout out to the Norwich fans, they were brilliant, loudest fans at Ewood in many a year, superb. -

Just driven over Grane Road from M66. Blackburn looks stunning in the April sunshine, clear blue skies, absolutely glorious and then the first view of the ground 👍 Great to be back on home territory, COYB. -
Adam Wharton had a very good game against Blackpool away and everyone thought he was the next David Beckham, Sky included. Since then he's done nothing, regressed even, his fitness levels are not good enough for Championship football, he's no David Dunn thats for sure and Dunny had attitude problems from time to time but backed it up on the pitch. Wharton has a lot to learn, lets hope he gets his head down and shows the ambition and desire to continue to pull on that famous Blue and White, something we'd all give a limb for I'm sure.

Been gutted all week, didn't think we could make tomorrows match, then reading the Telegraph tonight, 18,000 thousand+ on, bollox to the family Christening, they'll get over it, I'll spontaneously combust if I enter a church anyway. Rovers 2 Norwich 0 Anyone fancy being god parents to Chloe and Olivia? -
We were sat right in front of that assault. Abysmal decision, blood pressure just gone up, nice one SuperBrfc 😂

I remember the place shutting down about 10yrs ago (Probably 15) and opening up again with strange marble statues throughout the place? Is that the one that’s gone to Greene King? Or had the place had another reinvention since the one I mentioned?

Couldn’t agree more K-Hod. I’m still fuming at his ‘dying swan act’ at Bramall Lane in the cup. He let his team mates down, the club down and the fans down. I’d not play him again for that reason alone.

I spoke to Birmingham supporting colleague on Friday who said they like to play on the break, good from set pieces, but don't have the quality to hold the ball for long periods of time. Rovers having 71% possession seems to have born that out, did they score from a set piece anyone? I never followed the game yesterday? -
Its not cheap I'll give you that, but I've never known it to be 'Poor'. I'll report back.

I've been following your posts over the past month or so, I hope you had a good day despite the result and met some of the travelling hordes. -
I remember him hitting the bar for NI v England with a bullet header, I don't recall him doing much in blue n white. Our fans didn't like him though, he was one player that good booed from time to time, never will understand that in any era.

I've posted these before, but I know we have one or two new members of this vintage, some great memories here I'm sure. 1974-75 Season under Gordon Lee.

They'd have to do xxxl for me Bryan 🤣 Would you fit in a medium?

My greatest moment watching the club and we’ve had a few. Great footage.

We have billionaire owners, would Jack have allowed John Williams to do the same? This is owners that simply don’t care.

I was gutted to hear the news this morning, as Tyrone says he seemed a really good guy and hated this bloody government! RIP Paul.

I’ve not watched Succession myself, but the Mrs was all over the first of the new series last night.
