He played up front. but why did you asked the question when you already knew the answers? playing funny games? I would start Brereton against Rotherham and put Graham on the bench. I wouldn't start Armstrong either who was shocking yesterday.

Championship 2018-19

They weren't down at all when Moore took over and could have stay up. Maybe they should have sacked Pardew earlier. Rodriguez wanted out in the summer. They only started playing 3 at the back when Greame Jones came in as number 2 there. Brunt is a good player but they are stuck with players who are on huge wages and nobody wants like Livermore, Barry, Brunt. Why Burke and Field aren't playing I don't know and they should be playing 4-3-3- formation. Hoolahan, Sako and Mears were signed due to lack of depth and Money. time to question the owners and CEO about the lack of money and budget Who knows? I read reports of a 40 million pounds transfer budget in the summer. why he didn't get that I don't know. But I honesty thought he would rip that squad up and start a fresh team. Powell and Grigg are 2 key players but they had better players than Jacobs and Massey today playing. I'm not sure on Wigan position due to change of ownership and that is unknown factor. They change everything shortly or change nothing until the summer. Plus we don't know what Joe Royle if he is coming in as CEO/Director of football will recommend. Powell contract is up this summer and rumour is he off to Celtic. source is a Wigan fan who I work with -

I think Moore was the right choice but I feel he hasn't or wasn't allow to change the match. They were reports of 40 million pounds budget to sign players but that's doesn't seem to have happened. He has had to bring with 3 free transfers after the deadline past in Mears, Hoolahan and Sako. They spent only 11 million on new pounds but sold players for 23 million. seems a strange transfer policy tbh. I not sure about their owners and what the long term plan is. Swansea only spent 6 million on new players whilst they received 45 million for players sold. Potter has bought into this policy of bringing through young players. The owners make a statement on the reasons for lack of money spent and their new policy. -
you need look in the mirror pal. Look at your Dack leaving comments in the summer, or how many times he linked Rhodes with Bolton and Wigan who both had Scottish managers and you keep using your little saying aswell also angered people alot. based on what you seen? Where you there yesterday? why keep comparing him to Duff. Duff is a rare talent. pointless comparison. did you not see Brereton performance against Arsenal last season where he ripped their defence apart? As the player said himself yesterday he just wants to play football. Brereton does drifted wide even when he plays up front as the number 9. He isn't a Graham type striker but wants it into space or feet. I thought he should have shot sooner before the defender tackle him. I would start him against Rotherham

I dont think WBA bought the right players or make enough changes to their playing squad. Playing 3-4-1-2 doesnt suit them at all. Their lack a quality 3rd striker who is target man and midfield playmaker aswell. Plus How is Burke not playing I dont know. Bruce to WBA? why not back Moore in January with 2 or 3 quality signings? Any new manager will want funds there surely? Stoke have taken a long time to adapt to Rowett's tactics. Woods is a class player. Dark horses for top 2 at the minute. Should have won tonight against Boro.. Swansea is a long term project under Potter. They decided to not spend alot of money and bring through alot of academy players. See them challenging next season for top 6..like I said to @roversfan99 in August. They are rebuilding a squad slowly.. -
I can guess who 1 is ???

"As long as I’m playing I’m happy, it doesn’t matter where it is. I’ll always work hard for the team." https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2018/november/ben-happy-to-do-his-bit/ Answered a few questions posed by people on here

From the link you posted earlier " As long as I’m playing I’m happy, it doesn’t matter where it is. I’ll always work hard for the team." The Nottingham Forest loanee also felt the referee made the right call by pointing to the spot for Dack's late winner. “I think it was a penalty. I felt that bit of contact and went down. Thankfully the referee gave it despite not really being on our side today," Brereton added. “I wanted the penalty, but Dacky’s taken the ball and he’s a top lad so I decided to let him have it! “We’re always pushing each other in training and telling each other to do more. That shows off with the results so we’re hoping to keep pushing and pushing up that table. “Any team that comes here will know they are in for a good game. We’re excellent at Ewood Park and long may that good record continue."

I think the replays say its a pen. Left foot taken away by Scowen who didnt need to tackle. Would McClaren complain if he had got a pen like that? 100% not.
-
Deffo pen for me. Forgot about that. What player doesnt? Dack does. Are you going to have complain? We got 3 points. End of story. Lolley did the other week. Cost us 2 points that day. But the QPR player didnt need to challenge. His left foot is taken away. Pen by the ref standards. Move on. Cant believe you are moaning about it Exactly. Perfectly explained.

well well, McClaren fault for being so negative. Ref was shocking today. bad decisions all game. but that's typical of referee standards all season long in this country

not a dive for me. The QPR player took his left foot away. That's my view. But Lolley won a late pen for Forest when it wasn't. -

true but his personality he displays and his comments makes Not someone I would want here -
I wouldn't be playing Reed wide right. I would play Reed and Smallwood as the 2 defensive midfielders for that game agree on Rothwell role being one of the 3 behind the striker or as a 3 man centre midfield.

Cook jump ship a lot. Never been a fan. wasn't when he was at Stanley. The Championship is crazy results wise league in the world. some surprise results, Hull beating WBA, Rotterham beating Swansea and Norwich beating Sheff Wed 4 nil. Lambert got a point at Ipswich. He left out Jon Nolan, Nsiala, Ward and Graham out of his squad and played youngster Jordan Roberts up front in 4-3-3 formation. -
Have I said I want to play wide all the time or ever some of the time. I can understand him playing wide if we chasing a game and we play Armstrong, Graham, Dack and Brereton in the attack. But I want to see him up front on the first part, someone has posted the reason. please look at those comment. the last 3 lines are embarrassing to see you post. Feel so sorry for you. You don't have a clue mate and very judgement when you don't know the facts. Mowbray should be sack? ? do your research as I and others have posted before. I aint doing again for you as I really cant be bothered with you or your posts He did very well. we played into space or his feet not long balls. not his game. Very pleased he did well today. There is loads to come from him
-
it was a boring game and both teams off the pace. McClaren came for a point and didn't get one. they missed Hemed clearly. Rovers were slow and no movement attacking wise. Armstrong was awful and made the wrong runs a lot of the time. Graham, Dack and Evans were awful. Lenihan and Williams were excellent and gave Wells and Smith nothing all game. Leutwiler did the basics right and had a easy game. no saves to make. Brereton finally got on and make some good runs and won us the penalty. Dack slotted home. Good win when we wasn't playing well.

Reaction from TM on an 'ugly, horrible game' and a #Rovers performance that won't live long in the memory https://t.co/c6zoJwNVdu "It was a pretty poor horrible football match." #Blackburn manager Tony Mowbray battles the fireworks after his team's hard-fought 1-0 win over QPR. #Rovers #BBCFootball #BBCLancsSport https://t.co/R8hLLaAqWn

Very odd deal? Why keep comparing to other teams? Brereton is great talent and he will become a good player here if manage right which I believe Mowbray is. I hope Brereton is starting today aswell
-
I disagree with your point on 7m should be the finished article. Every signing is a risk and even if we sign like say Waghorn what happen if he didn't settle in the area and wanting to move in 6 months time. I agree with Mowbray who wants to younger players and developing them. I think it is the right way for us to go as a club

I talking about Garry Cook who was on the board and had the experience of running clubs. on Paul Cook, I don't him being there by the end of the season. He is very clever man in jumping ship quickly. But I guess it all depends how the club is run and by who
