Not what the player earns matter but how much Uefa earned through tv rights and they change the competition for the fear that the big European clubs would join a new super Euro league. I dont watch any of UEFA Cup competitions anymore. Just dont have interest anymore

They are in the competition cos of money and UEFA Fear for big European clubs forming a new Euro super league. That the real issue not over quality.. I havent see any CL football during the week for around 3 or 4 years now. What channel it is on as no barring on me watching it. It could be on itv or BBC and I still wouldnt watch it. I have no passion or desire to watch it anymore. You are correct I dont have BT Sport and I wouldnt pay for it. But neither do you so dont get on your high horse

Cos its wrong. Daft comparison.. Who knows? Look at the 70's, 80's and part of 90's and the quality of the games back then. Look at what Clough achieved with Derby and Forest in the European Cup(Champions league) Did Liverpool or Spurs win the Premier League to reach their champions league? Nope. Shouldnt be in competition but we know why they are. UEFA aint interested in smaller nations clubs cos they dont bring the money in like the bigger teams do(even tho they havent win their league).

So dont called it the champions league when majority of teams are even champions of their own domestic league. I prefer the old system of champions league, uefa cup and cup winners cup. We all know why that system was got rid off cos uefa was scared of the big European clubs breakaway to make Euro Super league and its make them.loads of cash for them.

exactly Bbrovers2288. I don't enjoyed at all and competition name is just a false cos it shouldn't be called Champion League. The format is a joke as long as having teams in the competition that haven't won the own domestic league. It should be just the winners of the domestic league and nothing else.

For Me, Huddersfield need a massive clearout playing staff wise. Said this since last January. My mate who is Huddersfield fan agree. That squad isnt good enough apart from a few players.

And in 3 out of last 4 league gamee we played more passes than the opposition aswell which you dont take into account. Why ignore the Sheff Utd game? Suggest you look at my previous post about how many long passes we play as a percentage of our total passes.

So from those stats. We played roughly 25% of Passes as long passes against Boro. Against Hull about 16% Against Cardiff about 20% Against Sheff Utd about 13% Against West Brom about 22 %

Not the case at all. The Champions League isnt just for champions of each nation is it tho? The old format was much better and I prefer that way imo. Liverpool have won the champions league twice without winning the PL. Look at last year final between 2 teams who havent won their own domestic league. Pathetic tbh. No doubt plenty of drama in the games but should certain teams even be in the champions league if they cant win their own league

Like I said not interested. Its shouldnt called champions league as it isnt anymore. I much prefer the old way of European competition. @jim mk2 is right on this issue. Not often me and Jim agree on much but on this we do.
