With the under 21's -
delighted for Freddie. Watched his TV series and it was great what he did for those people taking them to India and get them playing cricket

No their backing is based on knowing him from being part of the under 21's team under him that won a tournament. Let's see how we play and where everyone plays firstly Agreed The same route as Southgate did -

I guess their backing come from actually working with Carsley and both part of the under 21's successful team. Southgate had no senior international football experience before being appointed. Grealish is starting probably down to Palmer and Foden not being part of the squad -

what signs are they that Carsley wouldn't be popular choice? Gordon and Gibbs-White have backed Carsley for the job. I would appoint Carsley if he does well in the games he is charge of. Just like we did with Southgate. -

No my problem is the format of the entire competition and the way its all about having 3 or 4 teams from England, Italy, Spain, etc whilst teams from Sweden or Norway don't get a fair quick cos they have to qualify for the champions league even tho they have won their own domestic league I have Sky and Sky Sports for a range of different sports they have just not football like International cricket during the English summer or the coverage of the entire F1 live and F2 season. Plus the range of TV shows I watched. TNT Sport coverage does 1 PL game a week and no F1 coverage or no test matches during the summer. The change of kick off times would happen with any TV broadcast company whether it was Sky or TNT or Amazon. So its a mooted point I like Neville, Carragher and Keane as Pundit(their podcast is great). Redknapp is ok. Think Sutton is good, not keen on some of the EFL pundits. The TV companies and fans watching at home want to watch the most important games. -

All very valid and good points. if teams like Malmo or Bode Glimt could attract better player signings but also improve the stadium, club infrastructure and youth teams facilities. Currently its between around 7 or 8 teams who will win the Champions league good valid point Matty firstly Abbey, he is English and was born in Birmingham. -
to @longsiders1882 and @sympatheticclaret Please could I asked yourselves a few questions? 1, what do you make of your transfers in and out this summer? 2. what do you make of your squad now? is there anywhere owt you would have liked to strengthen like another striker for example? 3. what are expectations for the season under Parker? 4. what's your opinion on this rumour of discontent around the club since Kompany left and players wanted out 5, last question, what's your opinion on Alan Pace and the ownership there?

What you have failed to mentioned is JRC has been carrying an injury. I guess Carter or JRC could do if we need 3rd right back. -

Firstly, I think we need JRC at his best in and around the box. As a right back he wouldn't be suited to provide the width. I have seen your comments. Thanks. Also no one is rushing Duru either but if Brittain is unavailable then I would pick Duru there. So from your comments, I take it you would pick JRC at right back over Brittain and Duru? Is this correct? -

Eustace picks the team and not. He can play either side but like Hedges has done he has played wide left to get us better balance. the team comes first. Have you ever thought that Eustace doesn't think JRC is suited to playing Right Back? Blimey, Give Duru some time to develop his game here and working with Eustace and his team will help him no end. He is young lad who I thought would be good enough to play back up to Brittain and so far he is looking he is. I thought he was good against Blackpool tbh. One of the better performances from the game -

Will he play right or left? We don't know Yes he played right back but when we attack he moved in centre midfield under JDT. I think it's way too early to call whether he can play the right midfield role or not yet. It's been 3 league games and he been carrying an injury aswell Does JRC have the game to play right back and provide the width we want from our right back like Brittain does? So it's base one single game? Is that it? -

The right wide player moves inside and play the 8/10 role.. JRC started as winger through his younger days then Johnson and Dunn played him sometimes as right wingback in 3-4-2-1 formation. @arbitroand @Parsonbluewould know more I think.. Is JRC athletic enough to play the right back role under Eustace? What is based on?. -

Its a good job that I don't have BT given that Amazon Prime have some games and others on TNT sports with highlights on BBC 1 on Wednesday night Its called the Champions League for a reason but its a load of bollocks and its all about making loads of money for UEFA and the bigger clubs within Europe whilst teams who won their domestic league have to missed out for 4th place team in the PL cos its created more money and keeps these clubs happy -
surprise no one has posted that McCullum will take over as white ball head coach now as Test Matches

The champions league format as been farce for many of years. Malmo and Bode Glimt have won their domestic league and they should be in the champions league competition but they aren't. Its bollocks -

Champions league is meant to be champions of each league not 4th team in PL or Ligue 1 or La Liga. It's bollocks now with the amount of non league winners in the competition whilst league champions of Norway, Austria or Sweden have to play a playoff just to get there -
I think all 4 people on the transfer committee deserve praise for different type of signings. I do wish we had signed Dembele or Millar for good low fees. Yes we don't know if he good coach on the training ground but Kaminski praised him when he left. I suggested Mimms cos he is good coach and was GK coach under 4 different managers like Allardyce.
