I would give Hedges and Hyam new contracts right now. Hyam a new 2 year contract plus 1 year add on. Hedges a 2 year contract. On Weimann I would give him a new 1 year contract come January. His fitness is there, experience and knowledge is what we need We could well go in for him, but by then Tyjon and Leonard will have played some games, So maybe we might need another striker signing.

He is highly regarded coach and from what I read this morning from local Stoke media that their director of football Jon Walters made it know to Steven Schumacher he was just the head coach and only had a say in recruitment but no decide vote and his job was to convince potential signings to sign there. Its seems that this situation was only going to end one way. Its seems from what I have read that Walters has decided to get rid of Schumacher and instead his own head coach and this guy would fit the coach bit.

Woah, Its been 3 games he has played that and with that he has been carrying an injury. No I don't think he suits a right back role in Eustace's system and the way he wants his full backs to play. Emerton was a cracking player for us. I always like him playing wide myself. Do you really think pecking order happened these days? I don't agree he had a poor game but he had a solid 7 out of 10 for me. Eustace said post game why he played there. It wasn't anything do with experiment Eustace wanted to do. delighted with the win. Good performance and the 2 goals from Yuki Ohashi was totally magnificent. He is already cult hero here. The starting 11 was a surprised but worked well. Baker was good home debut playing from the left. Carter and Travis also good. Eustace and the players have delivered 3 home wins in 3 games and 11 points from 5 games. Long may it continue.
