No I was talking Berg and his achievements since leaving Ewood Park. Berg played a massive part in success we achieved in winning the PL under King Kenny, and promotion/winning the league cup under Graeme Souness I think Ismael would suit this squad in terms getting more crosses into the box, suited Gueye, etc. But the last 5 games have been car crash especially the Derby away game and last night start of the game annoyed me massively but that fact he was motionless on the touchline and not even shouting at the players like some previous head coaches/managers would have done. He has no passion on the touchline. is he best mates with Gestede? someone last night before the game, was saying that Ismael and Gestede have a heated argument in the first week after his appointment and I don't whether it true or not, but has anyone heard similar rumours? He also said that Gary O'Neil was Waggott and Gestede choice to replace Eustace but Ismael was Pasha's choice, whether this is true I don't know I do agree that I don't expect him to be sack and I think he will still be our head coach come the first game next season

What a shit show. Terrible awful start to the game. Ismael emotionless on the touchline all game. First half performance pathetic, no passion, no effort, etc Second half, we show some passion at least. But players confidence is at rock bottom. Set pieces are appalling. STOP playing it short and have an ACTUAL PLAN to them. Ohashi our best player by far.. Rovers need to dismiss Ismael tomorrow and put Damien Johnson and David Lowe in charge until further notice. I would bring David Dunn back onto the coaching staff until the summer. Put some passion back to those players at least. Rovers need to admit they got it wrong on Ismael appointment and hold them hands. Sometimes someone can interview very well and decent CV but it doesn't work out for them at that club

It's time to go Ismael. I'm not normally calling for people to go so early. I see no passion from him at all, his demeanor is pathetic. JDT promoted a number of young players into squad in his first season. Players like Ash Phillips, Adam Wharton, Jake Garrett and Jack Vale. So they should be no problem in us bringing through our own players and developing there if the talent is there Who is ready to be part of the first team squad next season? Probably not many tbh. Duru, Tyjon and Michalski(as third choice). After that, not many but I haven't watched the under 21's this season. Isn't James Edmondson, Max Davies and Tom Atcheson highly rated? Best people are @arbitroand @Parsonblueas I think they are regularregularly under 21's watchers.

Yes for sure, we lacked tempo in our passing and pace of our game, when we play quick tempo we look much better team, this was the case under Mowbray, JDT and Eustace.
