three roles? why is waste of money putting in a proper football structure into the club and not a manager and CEO? very few clubs run that way for good reasons nowadays

We seen a number of changes in the last few weeks like an experience football administrator like Baker replaced Silvester and we are looking to replace GB with his role being split into two with head of recruitment/transfers and the head of technical being appoint. Lets see what the roles are officially and who they appoint.

I think Eustace will move on Telalovic this summer. I would look for someone around 24 or 25 like Connolly or Bair then someone with more experience like Matt Godden for experience for a year or 2.
