Waggott should be using the extra TV revenue from the new TV deal to lower ST prices and get Ewood fill more. yes revenue might not go massively but we could get another 3/4k on the attendance increasing atmosphere and more people buying items from Rovers like club shop, food stalls, etc I agree with your most of your ideas.

Plenty of DoF's will come cos it a job and they are getting paid for it. Lets see who we appoint as GB's replacement. Would you take someone like Brian McDermott as Rovers next appointment given his football background as DoF at Hibs plus he has been scout at Arsenal for years and former manager at Reading and Leeds I think this structure of DoF with head coach is the correct one for any football club to go with. I think most teams every summer will 7/8 signings each summer if you look at it. The main ones to add to this starting eleven are a new keeper, goalscorer striker and possible Szmodics replacement to this team. Back up right back and centre back would be squad players, pacey winger would give is a plan B and different option to Hedges or Dolan,

I have problems with the commercial side of the club, lack of proper communication with the fanbase lack of season tickets on sale yet, prices of ST and match day to get more fans on at Ewood park, etc I am happy with Eustace as head coach, I wouldn't have remove GB but he did need to improve his signings especially loans. We need to find that goalscorer striker we lacked still. If you are sacking him cos of poor transfer record then I couldn't argue especially if you are bringing in someone with more experience in that role.

I have mentioned the problems with the commercial side for the last 12 months or so and the lack of commercial driven CEO and experience head of commercial is what we lacked on the club.
