  1. But it answered the question No he didn't. But do we really need to know everything. No we don't. yet it the best pitch we had in 40 years according to our head groundsman.
  2. my team based on team news. Hedges fit, Gallagher out, Ennis could make the bench. my team Pears JRC Carter Hyam(C) Pickering Tronstad Wharton Hedges Szmodics Dolan Leonard Subs:- Hilton, Brittain, Wharton, Travis, Buckley, Markanday, Ennis, Gilsenan, Batty
  3. He mentions that why the budget changed. Well if you have actually listened to full interview properly it would answer your questions. New Facilities for academy, etc etc. The pitch has been fully stitched now.
  4. don't read my posts then. No problems with me The interview tells you plenty actually. The situation with the budget, budget changing cos of Indian Tax Law, Money being spend on STC, ATC plus new facilities at Brockhall, Ewood Park pitch being fully stitched. Wages have been paid as normal, no problems with paying taxes despite the rumours going around which of course he and the club are aware. Venkys sponsoring the shirts for 4m pounds.
  5. Very surprised by the lack of signings at Everton who haven't signed what they were missing for a couple of seasons, some good strikers. West Ham haven't spent money yet, Wolves seem to be in a mess and Palace haven't signed what they need either. Going to be interest last 4 weeks of the window. City to win the league with Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool finishing in 2nd to 4th place.
  6. No surprise tbh as Moyes and new Technical director can't agree on signings and Moyes wants PL experience players but they cost more. Can't believe they haven't spend any money yet.
  7. West Brom are without Maja, Dike and Diangana are unavailable but Sarmiento will travel. Have been announced Pears 1, Tronstad 6, Sigurdsson 7, Ennis 14.
  8. Oh Yes Crawley, England top run scorer in the Ashes and still zero praise or knowledge that you were wrong on him. Quality player that Stokes and McCullum backed every time. well done guys
  9. looking forward to the game and can't wait for the season to start
  10. Clubs have bid for him . Southampton want 35-40m. He won't be there come end of this transfer window. Still massive changes to happen at these 3 relegation clubs
  11. better listening to podcasts on spofity like not the top 20 and Championship chat. Sky Sports coverage of the EFL should be miles better given their investment into the right of the EFL live football. I am very surprised how slow all 3 relegation clubs have been in the transfer market. I think Southampton will be the best out of those 3 teams. Very impressed by Stoke transfer business aswell this summer.
  12. T20 involves the counties playing in current format with a couple of extra games plus Quarter finals, semi final and final. Plus the 50 over competition would have potential England players in it. Have you never watch England in t20 game? Exactly
  13. Good point there Gav I don't watch it and I would prefer to extend the T20 competition to 16 games for each teams playing each others home and away in 2 divisions of 9 teams. Also allow our players to play in 50 overs competition and also play 2 more test matches and more international T20 and ODI in July and August.
  14. maybe judge that at the end of the window
  15. Fair enough, You make very good argument here. I would take Lawrence and Foakes as my back up players for the Batting. I guess we need another opener in case either opener gets ill or injury. I would keep Anderson and take him to India myself as the bowler who will keep it tight and block an end up Very pleasing to here.
  16. Very good team there Jim. I started watching Cricket from 1996 so here my team based on watching cricket regular from then onwards Cook, Strauss(C), Vaughan, Root, Thorpe, Stewart(wk), Stokes, Swann, Gough, Harmison, Anderson Trott, Bell and Broad very unlucky not to make the team
  17. Firstly, thanks for answering the question. Jennings and Hain? interesting you left Woakes and Anderson at all
  18. Ewood, Can I ask what would your squad be for the tour of India?
