  1. Looks like Derby will miss out on Playoff place. I wonder if Paul Warne regrets leaving Rotherham for Derby or not?
  2. Far too many good goals whether it's headers or placement shots or strikes from distance. His movement and strength was the best I've seen. I always remember those 2 goals against Leeds. Batistuta or Ronaldo was class but I would like them to come here to PL to see how good they really was
  3. Shearer was the Best striker i have seen in Rovers shirt live. Total quality
  4. I thought Brentford were poor tbh.
  5. That Liverpool Brentford was a bore fest. Not exciting game for a neutral fan
  6. I hope Man City and Pep beat Leeds and Big Sam otherwise we never hear the end of it from him
  7. Thanks for reply there. Yes they are good songs on there and some I have never heard of. Doesn't Rovers players pick the music that the players come out to?
  8. what type of music do you want play?
  9. I do agree there. We need to get our recruitment right this summer I agree there
  10. I think Rovers will have to do if they want to attract fans to games. maybe flexible tickets for families with young children. A full ST should be between £199 to 270 depending on which stand you are in. Then start of with £15 to 20 match day tickets prices Cos they want to protect the bulk of games on Saturday 3pm kick offs unless we end up with football during Covid days. I am right in thinking the food is outsource with them paying Rovers a set fee each season?
  11. Sky and EFL are going to announce the fixtures up to the first round of the FA cup before the season starts probably around 3rd week/4th week of June just after the fixtures have been announce. I think we will see kick offs at Friday night 8pm, Saturday 12.30pm, Saturday 17.30pm and Sunday 12pm plus maybe either another one at 12.30pm on Saturday or Saturday 7.45pm. What did people think of the Saturday night football and kicking off at 7.45pm?
  12. Down to clubs to sort it out Probably the worst is 12.30 pm on Saturdays given I work nights and finish Saturday morning but I'm used to it now. So I can understand people circumstances with different work patterns I don't know what they will do in this area. Got 12 months to sort something out if they want to do this.
  13. On your first point, I think ST prices are more than reasonable and fair. Others don't. All depends what times kick offs and days of games will be. Would you have any complaint at 5.30pm kick off on Saturday evening like the EFL games used to be?
  14. I agree it will potentially affect some match day going fans, but as I said Clubs like Rovers have to come up with attractive ST and match day tickets offers
  15. But EFL and clubs wanted more TV coverage and revenue which is what this deal given them. Down to all clubs to offer attractive ST offers and match day offers now for match day going fans.
  16. All this down to EFL and its clubs wanting more TV revenues and coverage.
  17. Well that why they have said that fans and clubs will be bigger notice period when games are being moved. EFL and the clubs want more money and more TV coverage so now they have been given that by this new TV deal. We might not even in this league by the time this TV comes into place
  18. It's worth 935 million pounds to clubs and EFL have more TV coverage as this is what they wanted. I would imagine we see 12.30 pm and 5.30 pm on Saturdays plus Sunday dinner time and Friday night games. I would expect Sky will launch its own Sky Sports EFL channel for this new TV deal
  19. Yes the deal is worth £935 million It's the EFL who have push for this deal and more TV coverage and more money. So please get it right. They pick Sky to go with. EFL and Sky have agreed that all games affected by moving the game for TV will know well in advance and before the season starts for any game moved. Here is the quote from the EFL "With the substantial increase in the number of live matches, Sky Sports and the EFL will introduce a new commitment for clubs and fans which will provide longer notice periods on TV selections. The defined notice periods will enable clubs and fans to plan further in advance and this will include the placement of all live matches selected for broadcast for the period to FA Cup 3rd Round before the start of the season. Greater parity in the number of times that clubs are selected for TV coverage is also guaranteed. "
  20. At least 5 Championship games will be broadcast each weekend plus all opening and final day fixtures. Also Boxing day and New Year day matches will be shown.
