  1. Overall I wouldn't want either here but I see JDT style will improve like Farke style did at Norwich over time. I would say no. In some games/spells during games like Middlesbrough at home or Norwich away have good but overall no.
  2. I think Leeds were playing well under Marsch from what I watched of them. Leeds would have stayed up under Marsch for me No it's not naive at all cos there is a number of reasons why it won't now or in the future. Only certain foriegn clubs want it happen. But there is no appetite from English clubs to join an European Super league anymore plus with the PL owners committing to the PL and Government white paper also will prevent this. Those top 6 teams fans don't want it either. Only Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus want it cos of the huge financial mess there are in.
  3. I wouldn't start BBD either. Out of form. His errors were last season not this season but you have mentioned it. Kaminski has made some poor mistakes recently so maybe injuries played a part in that.
  4. Blackpool was the better team even with 10 men. Surprised Huddersfield didn't have someone line up but difficult to see who their appoint with them only offering a contract until end of this season. Birmingham was defensive solid but WBA was lacking quality in their final third despite having quality attacking players
  5. Leeds have been turned down by three different people for their head coach role. Carlos Corberan, Andoni Iraola and Arne Slot all have turned down the role. Will be interesting to say where they go next. I wouldn't have sacked Marsch either. You didn't watch the video in which its states that the PL division's 2022-23 owners' charter, designed to avert any future breakaway threat and signed by all 20 teams, reads: "We are collectively committed to the Premier League and recognise our responsibility to support it. We will not engage in the creation of new competition formats outside of the Premier League's rules." Also taking into the new legislation that will be coming from the Government white paper on football which will also stop teams leaving our leagues. Also I think its a major reason why Manchester United and Liverpool are up for sale currently. The only teams who want this is teams from Spanish and Italian leagues cos they are being left behind in terms of TV revenue and income based. They are jealous of the PL TV deal around the world. Bayern Munich are against it. La Liga president has spoken out against this Euro Super League
  6. https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/12807496/pep-guardiola-man-city-manager-fully-convinced-club-is-innocent-after-being-charged-by-premier-league
  7. Huddersfield struggling to find a new head coach cos they only want to offer a contract till end of the season. Wilder not interested. Wouldn't surprised me if their appoint their current interim head coach Narcis Pelach until end of the season now
  8. Did Farke even get interview? who else was interviewed. JDT was approach when GB become our Director of football and he left Malmo six months before he came here not very good at his job? Surely its about results not the standard of football. If McCarthy or Warnock was here playing similar and results wise would people still be complaining over the standard of football
  9. I think we should be crossing more than normal but need at least 3 players in the box. We need to remain solid and defensive sound but attacking them. Nothing to fear from them. Pears have played well this season and he has improved. Glad to see you backing him
  10. The PL is the richest league and that what those 3 clubs hate about football. Also this reason that SSN reporter says
  11. I think Rovers will win this 2-1 My team Pears JRC Carter Wharton Pickering Travis Buckley Thomas Dack Dolan Gallagher Subs:- Hilton Phillips Hedges Morton Szmodics BBD Leonard
  12. Been up for sale since Hoyle took it over after Hodkingson ownership went downhill quickly
  13. PL clubs have dismissed and in fact this idea is none starter again
  14. My quick thoughts are the result and performance wise attacking wise disappointing. Thought defensive we were solid. Carter impressed me the most. JRC and Pears solid performance. Thomas my man of the match. Best player on the pitch for me. Rovers didn't take their chances on the night. Some positive performances to focus on. I wouldn't made the Hedges for Thomas but dolan on BBD. DIsagree with JDT
  15. I do based my opinion on players record aswell has other factors
  16. Well my point was he is at the start of Championship career and his first full season at this level Well, we have to agree on disagree on Vale Did I change my opinion on Hirst cos I don't think I did. Maybe my memory is wrong tho Yes I still have faith in GB, JDT and the recruitment staff.
  17. was it a good game to watch? Only watched the Match of the Day highlights. I didn't understand why the Everton board members didn't attend tho. Surely should have been there backing their new manager and players.
  18. I don't based opinions on other fans opinion on their player. On Harris, I don't know much about him so don't have opinion him or what is best position is cos when you look into where he has played its in 3 different positions whether its as the number 9 or left of the attack or right of the attack. He did score a very good goal against us
  19. Dack is an experience player so the comparison is unfair one for me. Vale is at the start of his playing career People can keep going on Vale but I won't be changing my opinion on Vale
  20. And I accepted your viewpoint cos of your opinion on having too many TV games. I have expressed my opinion on it and the way football has gone in the last 30 years which I hope you will accept my viewpoint.
  21. So you can't answer how many chances Vale has actually had. Based on watching him over a number of years from under 18's to now. I rate him and I think he will be good player for him. His movement at Bristol City created the space for Morton to run into and pulled their defender out from that space.
