  1. Cant cos it was clashed. you that we won't wear blue and white shirts at Brentford and Stoke as they will clashed. Their managers will complain about it. Colour clash
  2. Brentford and Stoke play in red and White stripes so what kit are we going to wear there? Boro and Rotherham shirt has red and white on their shirt. Why we should gone for away shirt colour that why clash much with a third of the league
  3. I like last year away shirt. Very different. And wasn"t one of best sold away shirts we had in years
  4. It's very different I guess. But we wont be wearing in away kits in away games at Bristol City, Boro, Rotherham, Brentford, Stoke, Barnsley, Bournmouth, Forest as their home kit contain Red. Will need 3rd kit for games at Brentford Rotherham, Stoke and Boro for examples Would have preferred a away shirt you could wear in majority of 23 away games like Yellow and black stripes/ halfs or purple and black stripes/halfs.
  5. Rob Kelly appointed as number 2 to David Dunn. Dunny's Barrow on tv at 12pm
  6. Plus on supposedly on 30k a week..well above our budget
  7. If you click on the link its show in detail the type of midfielder he is. This was the player that @J*B heard we come be in for
  8. That's isn't what I said but you started well and get relegated or start poorly and get top 6. There isnt just 1 shoe fit all approach here as my stats show. 3 teams who finished top 6 lost their 1st game and 3 teams who finished top won their 1st game. Another stat for you Of course we would all like to make winning start to the season and have our squad all in place but in the real world that's doesn't happen in most clubs cases
  9. And I remember you applauded Stoke early transfer businesses last summer. How did those Stoke signings perform under Nathan Jones? Yes but Mulgrew wont be in team now. Only played cos Adarabioyo and Williams were injured. On the subject of a fast start, Charlton started very well last season but went down. After ten games they had 17 points and were 8th in the league. In terms of balance Cardiff were 14th after 16 games and 7 points outside the playoffs when Harris took over and got them top 6 after 46 games. So yes a fast start can help but doesn't guarantee anything as the above facts show
  10. Has the season start yet? We could make a couple of signings tomorrow. Who knows. So you think we should be over paying for players like Kipre when you on budget which you need to make several signings. We don't pay big wages. Look at Warnock comments about players and agents demands are very unrealistic. Rovers are in the same boat. I remember last summer when people were commenting on Stoke early summer business and look at that turned out. Clubs prices and Players demands will lower cos they need rid of those players and when players realise they wont be playing much. Clubs aren't overpaying unless it's a Norwich.
  11. Neil Warnock says players and agents will need a reality check this summer after a slow summer transfer window so far. He has detailed of players and agents demands being unrealistic. Plus clubs demands for transfer fees. Says he wanted a player who he valued at 400k. His club wanted 1.5 million so he and Boro walk away. Now that club have offered him to Boro for 500k. Warnock has said he has moved on from that target. https://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/neil-warnock-transfer-market-boros-18875214 Rovers and Mowbray will be facing very similar situations and we are right to not over pay for players. Its great people saying we should have sign player X or player Y but if their clubs demands are way too high then walk away.
  12. Well I can't see any reasons why me and my daughter cant sit together in the stadium. Plus my best friend with us in a social bubble. My daughter wants to go back and looking forward to it. I missed not being at the games in the stadiums much more than I thought I would. So I cant wait to get back to some sort of normal life. Can the club even say what will happen if the stadium has to be close to people in the Blackburn area due to local lockdown restrictions but could people who lived outside the Blackburn area not still attend games cos we won't be under the same restrictions? The poll on facebook on season tickets renewal and where 148 people said they renewed out of 166 people who have voted on that poll. Thats why the club with the council and public health authorities will try to put a detail plan into place to what capacity of fans we can have back in. Also the Government will have the final say on the matter so things could even change at any times just like holidays and quarantine rules and countries have in the past months. Looking forward to getting back to Ewood Park and supporting the club within a stadium
  13. Yes I will buy a season ticket but first I want to know more about seating arrangements like sitting together if you from same household or social bubble, etc. Plus what happens if we can't attend a game due to spike of covid 19 cases what happens then
  14. Bournemouth will lose key players shortly like Wilson and King just being 2 of them. Wilson linked with Villa and King with a number of clubs. Time to judge the Bournemouth game is on the day.
  15. Well if you look at Rich Sharpe's comments he says many of things going on behind the scenes that he doesn't know about. He and others do find out some names but not every players we looked at or not. Look at @RovingRover posted on here days ago suggesting we are after Rob Elliott as back up. Today Rich Sharpe has said we are interested in him.
  16. Attracting Children to games is important so price freezing them make sense.
  17. Cos I will be taking my daughter to the games. She cant wait to get back to Ewood and already wants a shirt.
  18. Will be interesting to see what the price rises will be. Pleased about the price freeze for the under 18's. Anyone seen the comments on Rovers twitter page about Season tickets? Very mixed response
