Can't really get excited about the season when you aren't going to be allowed into Stadiums in normal way and sit together with your friends, discussing football with people around in the stadium, watching the game on tv before the game, having a pre match burger. Going into the club shop before the game. Normally I would be going some pre season games but not allowed. or even attend some of the under 23 or under 18 games either. So to get excited when if you are going to be allowed into stadiums only if you were a facemask, social distancing and only allowing to used the concourse for toilet facilities isn't normal football supporters life . I will still check the fixtures when they come out on Friday or when signings are made but this isn't a normal pre season. Football won't be normal until we are allowed to return to normal British life and thats is only through a Vaccine or treatment in my opinion

I have my opinions knew on season tickets sales as I don't see the point at all in putting them on sale unless we know the government guidelines on the amount of fans going to be allow in. If a club has sold 80% of the capacity as Season Ticket holders but only allow 10 or 20% allowed to attend, how are clubs going to decide who gets to go or not? I'm sure the kit and sponsor will be announce in the next couple of weeks. Would I like the shirts on sale? Yes I would as I want to buy one and my step daughter has asked for me already. Coronavirus has plenty to do with it. why take any risk of any players getting the virus and having to quarantine for number of days Clubs can't go to their normal places for pre season like us going to Austria. Why go to Scotland that might not be covid safe?

I can understand why clubs in a normal non Covid season but this isnt the case currently which is more my point. But with such a small pre season going away for a few days isn't worth it. Do they really need to do in in this current Climate with a Coronavirus around?

Depends where players went to. Some have gone to Spain, Italy or Greece from what I've seen You don't need to always moan about the club does either. You have to give things time to work and develop. These scouting network cant been done overnight. If we hadn't got rid of it we wouldn't have been in position before. the European Scouting network was proper set up around 12 months and Bruno Reis appointed within the timespan. Judge the recruitment this summer after the window is done.

Very true with the current travel restrictions and whether people are willing to quarantine for 14 days before signing here if they are from those countries. Its only been up and running properly for 12 months since we appointed Bruno Reis as our European Chief Scout, so hopefully we will see some players signed from Europe
