I don't know much about the scouting you do or where or how much Mike Rigg is involved in your scouting, recruitment and transfers decisions. Maybe look at someone like Woodrow from Barnsley or Dike who was on loan at Barnsley last season from a MLS club or Luton striker Elijah Anuoluwapo Adebayo or PNE striker Emil Riis Jakobsen

I rather not lose members of this current squad who are out of contract despite me not being Nyambe's biggest fan but these players have been offered new improve contracts offers by the club and we have been talks for nearly 18 months. Hopefully they can get a deals done before end of the season but I don't see any being linked to other Championship clubs plus are they going to get better financial offers given that most championship clubs are having a financial reset now

Gallagher took a significant pay cut to join us and his wages at Southampton were 25k a week. I heard it was roughly 18k.a week. Can't see Dack being on more than 20k a week. Ayala. I would suggest Ayala, Dack and Gallagher are on roughly 16 to 18k p.w. and our top earners so I suggest a week between 10 to 12k a p.w. is more than reasonable and double his current wages imo

Its very fair point that teams will strengthen around you. I suspect Newcastle will invested and sign 4 or 5 better quality players in January, Expect Watford and Leeds will add a couple of players. Newcastle 3 or 4 quality signings in January including a quality right back, centre back, centre midfield and forward. It appears that Tripper will be Newcastle first signing in January. Been linked with a loan move for Martial from Man Utd who wants to leave there. Still think Jesse Lingard should be top Midfield top. Also think Howe need to move to play 4-3-3 if he can sign Lingard and Tripper to get the best out of them and get them enough results to stay up.

Spurs VS Liverpool game was a fantastic game of football full of excitement and some good performances by both set of players. Didn't think Kane was a red card and thought Robertson's sending off was wrong IMO. Yellow card at best.

I wouldn't be selling Brereton for any money in the January Transfer window or any key players. I would be looking add two players in January to the squad and cancel the Poveda' loan deal. A striker and right wing back would be my choices.
