  1. You seem to want to apply unconventional principles to the situation instead of accepting the Rothwell situation and other footballers situation who don't want to move their family espically when family are settled in the area they, in school and the footballer/head coach moves away and travelled when they can in JDT/Eustace or Mowbray. More Bullshit, I have already commented on the Rovers contract situation this season and we need to sort it out one way or other. you agree with my opinion. Its not so surprised the lengths you go to about Rothwell situation is utter bizarre We all the problems behind the scenes and the lack of reinvestment but we have a good shot of the playoffs this season. I am happy with the Ismael appointment, I wonder if you are tho? or does it not matter ?
  2. You don't truly know, cos as per usual with yourself, you are making out there is problem when there isn't one. Lowe, Johnson and Benson have been here under 4 head coaches. Maybe cos there are decent enough coaches and Yes sacked by WBA when 5th in the league and 9th with Watford, hardly bad is it. Maybe these clubs need some patience and stop sacking managers.
  3. They met early in his Oxford days by the looks of it, given he is playing at Leeds without his family with him and still based in the south tell you the situation currently, So f you suggest its a myth why is he living in Leeds on his own away from his family. Your lack of understanding here is total shocking is it. would you just think of the money or would you want your missus and family to be happy where you live and be around friends that she has. Or put another way, would yourself moved to a different part of the country cos of a new job even tho your missus and family didn't want to move around their home, family and Friends. I wonder which one you would choose
  4. really? why would either take that extra sum of money in pension contributions? think about it
  5. You just made my point there, Ratcliffe cuts are small change and The problem is the waste on transfers and paying over the top in wages on poor players. sacking staff members who have been there over 30 years say everything that situation. Deffo, JDT never got the best out of him and McKenna did
  6. https://salarysport.com/football/championship/blackburn-rovers/ I dont know how accurate it is tbh.. The image below gives us the 10th higher wage in the league
  7. lets get back reality instead of these stupid scenario that people like yourself come up with., it is clear Rothwell's family wanted to move back down South and that what happened. Joe Rothwell made the difficult decision to go to Leeds this season and leave his own missus and Children down South. Tough decision for anyone to make and he deserved respect for it cos I wouldn't have done it.
  8. So maybe it time you start believing it and accept it instead of not doing so and start looking for things that aren't they. Also think would Ismael have taken the job if he wasn't happy with the current staff in place apart from bringing in his own number 2? most head coaches bring in their own number 2 but work with the rest of the staff
  9. so you really think we were going to get £70 million pounds for him? no chance in hell He is worth that much down to his PL performances
  10. That's a question for Rothwell but you are missing the point here. If your missus is unhappy where you live and wanted to moved back then you would pick that wouldn't you or live separate. Take your pick but my family would always come first is this a serious Question? if so, look at Jackson's article yesterday with Ismael on the coaching staff
  11. you clearly know more than myself about the current Rothwell family situation and living arrangements P.S. Rothwell is living in Leeds on his own with his Family down South “This one [loan] has been tough because I’ve moved up without my family, my kids being in school. It wasn’t just a case of moving them with me because I don’t know what’s going to happen next season. “I made the decision with my wife to leave them, it’s been tough. I don’t get to see them as much as I’d like to but we knew it was a sacrifice we had to make ‘It has been tough’: Joe Rothwell discusses if he will be at Leeds United next season – Sport Viwers
  12. I think the owners have decided not to put their own money given what the club have received in the last 18 months. let Wharton, Szmodics, Gallagher and Raya money cover itself well we reinvest only a small amount back into cash signings.
  13. Pocket change to United that saving. I think its a appalling decision by Ratcliffe. Maybe, they should look at waste they have spend on poor transfers and wages they spend on players It's 5 pounds a week per employee. Is that really expensive? not for me. They could have always kept the canteen open but asked the employee to paid half towards their food. What wrong with that option?
  14. I'm sure they will be backing the team on Saturday, of course they might be a few chants against Eustace but they were against Plymouth cos people feel let down by him leaving Rovers for Derby. I was talking to people pre match about Eustace leaving and how they are still shock he took that job and why leave us. Lets hope this is Ismael's first win as Rovers head coach
  15. Well you are clearly worried about it since you seem to be focusing on it even tho Ismael is happy with the current staff he has there. Nothing wrong with my state of mind, so no need for such comments, I just seen everything you do. or it was truth. How is ludicrous that a player family might not be happy away from family or friends. Would you be happy moving away from your home to different county and somewhere where you didn't know anyone. I know I wouldn't want to move away from where I live where my family and friends are.
  16. I said a few months ago that the owners won't put money in due to what we have receive in sales and that money will be used to fund the losses and with the accounts coming out yesterday we see that this is case. Rovers have said that the owners can send money over but have to meet certain requirements to do so. Whether this true, I honestly don't know at this stage. The fans of course deserve a statement from the owners and what their intent is in the short, medium and long term. Hopefully the Rovers fan forum @K-Hod plus the @We Are The Rovers @Miller11 @Mike Graham can ask these questions and puts the points you made very well to the Rovers management of Waggott and Suhail Pasha in the next meetings
  17. who else can it be given that Pasha isn't a director on the Rovers accounts. It won't be Rob Coar. Most of the increase is in Pensions contributions isn't it? That is what people have been saying how it been paid.
  18. It's called loyalty and some people believe it that. You are the one worried about it not me FFS It was you posting about Rothwell's missus not happy and wanting to move back down South not myself. Don't forget that.
  19. You been going on insolvency for years now and it's never happens. As I said a few weeks ago before your return I said the club used the Wharton's money(plus others income) to keep the club going for the 2/3 years to around 2027 roughly. Plus reinvest only a 3 million pounds in the team plus wages. Rest going on covering the debt. Whilst the Venkys Indian court is ongoing. If we require the Venkys money we see if they are willing to sent it over. If we get to the PL that would solve the issue and possible sale of the club
  20. He has been saying this shit for the last 10 years and I'm sure he will be in the future https://www.brfcs.com/search/?&q=insolvency &author=Mercer&search_and_or=or
  21. I have never said he is the villain in this all saga but he has a part to play in this just like the Rovers higher management do. Eustace made some comments that show he lied about when Derby approach and his comments about being a family. You might not be bothered about them but plenty of people are. I won't be given Eustace any stick on Saturday but my focus will be backing the players and winning the game and having a good day out Hedges is no where near as bad as you said, he had a positive impact on Saturday and he should start over Dolan on Saturday Gueye was shattered on Saturday after around 70/75 mins I told you my team and why I have selected the team, I have plus factoring in the affects of fasting on 2 players and understanding they can play 60/70 mins before needed to be replacing.
  22. same here about Eustace, he made his decision and now he has to live with it. I wasn't sickened by Ismael's letter pre game and if everything I thought it was good move and he got a good reception pre game from everyone at Ewood Park but he didn't make a big thing of being unveiled to the fans pre game which I think was a good move so far.
  23. Very good point and maybe Murray wants to actual show some loyalty to current employee and stay until the end of the season@JHRover and @Forever Blue, which rare in football but Murray is grateful for Eastbourne for giving him a job and wants to see the season through.
