Attendances: A cause for concern

I lived in Hyndburn all my life and I remember when I was Primary School we had Blackburn Rovers come into the school over summer half term to do a 4 day training skills course where we learn football skills, received coaching and play matches. Do Rovers still do that outside of BwD area? We also attended the Blackburn Rovers indoor centre to play for few matches pre match. We also attended a few night matches with school. is the Indoor centre behind the Darwen end still in used? I guess it does help when you have a deputy head teacher at that time who was passionate Rovers fan and was ST holder and knew people at the club. Whether thats the case now I don't know. Rovers should be engaging with schools, youth clubs and children charities in promoting the club and getting them interested in football throughtout the BwD, Rossendale, Great Harwood, Clayton Le-Moors, Ribble Valley, Chorley areas by a number of schemes like football coaching days, meeting players, free shirts and cheaper tickets. I have said time after time that Children under 12 should be a pound a ticket and 20 pounds a season ticket. You have to get them hooked early in life. Thats how my dad did with me. I remember my 1st game and many games since them. Its excellent news and shows that the support is there for the club. Waggott and co need to make coming to Ewood Park more attractive by better prices and they need to engage better with fans who haven't bought a ticket this season Well Rovers have asked for more tickets so we see the response from Blackpool. -

Blackpool away tickets all sold out. Looks like season ticket holders bought them all -
6 goals from 8 games. Brereton has 4 goals and Gallagher has 2 goals. Dolan has proved his worth since signing here and I would playing him regularly. He is a player with a big future for us going forward. Where would you like us improve apart from main striker signing? In the front 3/4 positions

Bet they ain't many left now -
While from the 4 home games and 1 away games I've been to this season I don't get that impression that fans are disenchanted with Mowbray as manager from fans I've talk to and conversations I've heard.

Of course it is cos scans and x-rays will show the extent of the damage and where it is in the back the injury is. Rovers management team have to decide if he worth the risk. If he is back playing for his club then Rovers have a decision to make. If not Maja then Rovers need to sign a striker early in the January transfer window -
do you get the impression that fans at home games are ready to turn on Mowbray and start chanting for him to be sack?
-
who would you like to see Mercer take over
-
We see what happens in the future and whether you get your wish for him to replace Mowbray. Should be on the shortlist if we had a vacancy Did you see the link I posted for you in the championship thread yesterday?
-
Why didn't take the job when he was supposedly in talks during the summer? also isn't it Balaji that he has to convince firstly. Not all of the family
-
where have I asked for Mowbray to remain long term? But do you really think it would be sensible to sack him us 6th? . If results turn and we go on a bad run then sack Mowbray and bring in a new manager. I have said that he should have been replace last season after the Barnsley away game in February and I haven't change my mind on that. But thats doesn't stop me praising him for the start of the season and being 6th in the league after 8 games. Plus commented that he seems more motivate this season with this young squad and different from the previous 2 seasons.

I not expert in players medicals. But Maja is set to back into training with Bordeaux possible this week according to this article from the offical Bordeaux website. Girondins33 - Josh Maja et Alberth Elis prochainement de retour avec le groupe ? So hopefully we are going to watch his return and set talks with his club after his return and we see how he is playing -

We got extra 1,000 tickets for the game. Rovers announced it on twitter over a hour ago. Season tickets holders have until tonight to get one before they go general sale. Would be surprised if there is many left tomorrow -

I don't know how serious the injury is or how long it will be injury for -
Not so sure about that at this current time.
-
cos different people have their own choices and reasons why they think that. Different people have different views on who the next manager should be and not.
-
? really? Plenty of Tony Mowbray Blue and White army chants in the last 3 games. Some fans are still behind him and willing to back him still. Thats their choice.
-
I don't lead any chants at all. But its seem that people who attends games are behind Mowbray as manager. Now we might want a different manager at the club but Mowbray is in the place of manager until Balaji/Venkys decide to change that fact. Like I said previously I see a very different Mowbray compare to last season or even the season before.
