  1. I was simply pointing out that other clubs do it aswell as us. That's is all I was pleased that fans at the Supporters consultation meeting told Waggott that the price hike does put fans off attendance. Was the on the day pay hike on ticket price in the last home game? or did Waggott get rid of it?
  2. Gallagher had a good game against Sheff Wed where we rip them apart. Armstrong playing up was unplayable that day. Fairly goodish was a comment about the entire season not just based on the last 3 games. Didn't I posted an area I thought we could improve the way we play by Rothwell not keep playing inside but staying wider at times and being less predictable?
  3. Stuart, Rovers aren't the only club to put walk on price hikes. Brentford put a 5 pounds hike on the price for on the day walk ons. Derby have put a 2 pounds hike on. Do you have a comment for these clubs?
  4. Rovers under 18's play Arsenal at Ewood Park tomorrow night. 7pm kick off time. 4 pounds for adults. 2 pounds for kids.
  5. if you are looking to buy on the day the ticket price will be another 2 pounds on top. another championship club add a charge to the ticket price on the day similar to Brentford
  6. well you could. You can suggest things that might make the team better but at the minute I think we are doing fairly goodish. I would like to see Rothwell not keep inside so much. I rather he played wider at times to stretch the play a bit. You complain that Gallagher is used as this wide striker bollocks you called it but you are very happy to do to Adam Armstrong who has been best striker this season. So why the double standards?
  7. These offers are so good deals for fans. its a 4 games offer. 17 pounds per game is a bargain
  8. no proven goalscorer? Adam Armstrong has step up to the mark since playing him up front. I don't see why you need to spend 20 millions pounds to improve the squad. Now we are looking to the Europe transfer markets cos it cheaper. Lose key players? not true at all. Mowbray and his recruitment team apparently have deals line up so we will see in the summer. Our academy players are coming through so I don't see we need to block their pathway. we are 5th top scorers in the league so your comment doesn't stack stats wise. 9th best defensive record. I think we are more likely to get Tosin back on loan than Walton come back next season. I don't see why anybody needs to be sold this summer. I would agree that we can afford to lose Dack and adapt without him. We agree we need 2 keepers, 2 centre backs and 1 left back, cos I see Rovers exercise the club option on Bell for 12 months extension. I feel we need only need 1 striker in if Graham goes and Samuel contract is extended and whether we are going to play 4-4-2 going forward more. If we are looking at striker signing I would prefer a target man who gives you a plan B option if plan A doesn't work. Only need 1 winger cos of the options we already got there. Also feel we need a back up right back if Nyambe gets injury.
  9. if we finish just outside the top 6 I would consider the season an improvement and we are going in the right direction. I know some Rovers fans who would be happy with a top half finish this season. I have discussed over the past few weeks the way we played with our so called wide players so I wont go over time after time. I would say Samuel was good against Hull playing from the right side. With the way we are playing we deffo don't need 2 wide men as we have Rothwell, Rankin Costello, and plus 1 more signing. I could see Buckley playing next to Travis next season.
  10. mentioned it over the last few weeks but you ignore it well I suggested you look at Paul Mani who says I've mention it long before he did. Plus roversfan99 back that up aswell. Well we don't know if your way of play would benefit or actually make us worse results wise. We simply don't know.
  11. Cos Mani is right tho. I did commented on our Wide player not playing wide and our full backs for weeks now
  12. why would you criticise something that has us so close to the playoffs. our wide players don't play wide but more inside in the 10 role with our full backs providing the width. Rothwell on Saturday spend more time in the 10 space than he did wide. Did Samuel play wide or did he play more inside. We try for Astu who you didn't want Lambert wanted rid Rhodes. He got Graham in as his replacement so that's was an upgrade for me. Hanley and Duffy wanted out of the club. Both now playing PL football. Marshall wanted out of Rovers. now at 10th English division level. Gestede wanted PL football. Joined Villa but his career never kick off. Now at Boro hardly pulling any trees up is he? Also in Bowyer last season here we were under embargo meaning we couldn't sign players on more than 10k a week and no fees allowed. Depends who the players are and the quality of the them. All because we haven't before didn't mean we should do it. No wrong with looking at getting players soon. Rangers agreed a pre contract with Jones in January before he moved there in the summer. Lets hope you are eating that hat
  13. been saying this for ages on here. It isn't Mowbray way of playing. I feel we need a right wide player but after that we have enough players
  14. I'm not sure we will be able to afford Walton. I wouldn't be surprise if we went for Cunningham permanent in the summer, but I also think Rovers will exercise their option to extend Bell's contract. I would be delighted if our back 4 is Nyambe, Lenihan, Tosin and Cunningham next season depends whether there is any PL interest in Adarabioyo have the Bank of India ever asked the overdraft reducing before? And Venkys cover the cost of the deficit doesn't they You mention how can European signings be agreed? pre contract signings. We can agreed deals with players from Europe if they are in the 6 months of their contract.
  15. Bauer isn't better than Tosin. If Bauer wasnt willing to fight for his spot did we really want him?
  16. Good deal for fans and fair play on Rovers for trying something. Playing 3 clubs in top 8.
  17. I wonder if Carter would have played if Lenihan was available and Adarabioyo was unavailable.
  18. I think he will be sooner than Christmas time. No Knee cast on today when a video was posted on Instagram earlier we have to hope we can get the right players in as early as possible, I would imagine Mowbray is spending his time looking at potential; signings reports and videos now. I disagree on Walton being less quality then Raya. Depends on the terms of the loan deal and what is included in the deal. That's why you buy players that can play the style you want and adapt quickly. I really hope we can get him back.
  19. We need a revamp the squad to get in better quality to push us onto the next step Well then don't accept but its fact. we tried for 2 foreign keepers and we were close but sadly they decide to sign for a club in their home country. If we get the playoffs final you would hope that the budget meeting with the owners happens before the final. Well with us having our new head of European scouting in place you would hope that we finalise our top targets from Europe by April and we enter discussions with the Player's club and agent. I would expect majority of our signings to come from Europe. we need 3/4 defenders in. Hopefully we can get Tosin back for a full season next season and that allow our new centre back time to settle in. We need a first choice left back and a back up right back in to cover for Nyambe. For me, we only need 1 winger. Target man signing? to give us a plan B when plan A isn't working. we will have to agree to disagree on Bell's improvement
