I wouldnt be replacing Mowbray right now. I believe we should allow Mowbray the season and review after the season ends. I don't believe we have stagnated under Mowbray has we have change the team and style of play. He has build one team that got us promotion from league 1 and maintained our championship status with direct style. Now we overhauled the style and change to attractive possession based style that's shows us more possession of the ball and creating chances and more shots than ever. Let's allow him the season and see whether we can get playoffs place

I totally agree 1000%. Others on the messageboard will disagree with me and you. I dont see you changing most of their minds anyway. If people want a change of manager then fair enough. I don't see a quick fix anywhere like If we appoint person x he will guarantee us promotion.

Well I did suggested Ryan Manning who cant get a game at Swansea. We missed the boat there. He was the one to get. I define it by keep possession, creating more chances, Using skillful players. More shots at goal. Mowbray build a team to get us promoted from League 1 using a direct style and keep us up in our 1st season. Then Mowbray has rebuilt the team to make us more possession based using skillful players and created alot more chances and shooting chances. I agree on Douglas point and disagree on Bell. I would recall him for next game Cos we are playing better football and causing their teams more problems then in the 2 previous years. We have completely change from playing direct style with Graham has the focus to a more attractive possession style with Armstrong has the 9, Skillful players like Elliott and Rothwell plus Brereton

Disappointed by the result as I felt at 1-1 we would go on to win, the same old Rovers defending. Lenihan, Douglas and Williams were awful and I don't know why Ayala didn't start. I didn't understand the triple subs Mowbray made. We are now 6 points behind the top 6 now. We need to put a winning run together now. I think we are better footballing side now then we were when we came up from league 1. Gallagher was unlucky not to score. I would drop Williams, Douglas, Holtby for the next game with Ayala, Bell and Trybull coming in

You suggested Dan Cowley when we last had this sort of conversation a few months ago. I didnt think see the Holden's interview so cant comment. I still a big Mowbray fan and still happy for him to carry on as manager at Rovers for the season and his contract. No that isnt my argument at all Mercer. Brentford was good result with 10 men and more than half game to play. Davenport equalised felt like a winner. I dont feel down beat against Bristol City performance. Sky shown some attacking stats which shown Rovers rank 1st in total goals in Championship, 2nd in total shots, 1st in shots on target, 2nd in touches in opposition box per game and 2nd in possession won in final 3rd. For Me, Nyambe and Ayala should have defended that cross much better than we did. But attacking wise we were the better side. Another day, Arnstrong scores a hat trick and we win 3 or 4 nil..
