I think Bournemouth appointment of Scott Parker is a quite decent one and the fact he has taken his Fulham Coaching staff with him there. On the Fulham possible appointment of Silva, I don't know why they have decided to select him to take over there if its happens. I think its a big job there to get them back up next season.

at least 3 players in right back Dan Pike, Conor McBride and Hayden Carter all should be part of the squad this coming season. Depends how we set up and who the replacement is for Armstrong. Plus I think Squad has talent within it as well as experience. Just need a few signings like back up left back, centre back, centre midfielder and winger plus a replacement for Armstrong if he goes. Where do you think we will finish then?

All fairly obvious to most Rovers fans like a bigger club, PL league training facilities, Ewood Park, wages we could offer, Former Premier League champions, agree on Waggott. On Pasha, from what @J*Bposted before that Pasha runs Balaji Business interests with Babu but doesn't have the power to sack the manager without Balaji authorising it. Whilst I would prefer a CEO on the ground who engages with the fan base, has power to make decisions with authorisation from Balaji, etc its appears thats they will never allow that to happened.

With possibly replacements for Armstrong or Nyambe if either are sold. Do we need much more? not for me. Mowbray has been back financially in terms of signings, transfer fees and wages.
