Eustace appointment need to be quick cos of our league position. I said from the start I expected foreign head coach appointment and I would interviewed 6 to 10 candidates before selecting the right one. I still expecting a foreign head coach appointment from Gestede and Owen. Plus we have back to back wins, so we don't need to panic at all here. People need to stay calm and hopefully we make the right appointment here

I understand your point but I think interviewing a number of candidates given we had over 150 applicants for this head coach is right approach. I dont see this process has indecisive at all. We did this process before and with success. Our situation is a different one to Boro, Gibson has panic(once again) and decide to change head coach. Only 2 weeks they sold their number 1 striker and didn't reinvest that money into proper replacement plus lost their last 2 games, whilst we won our last 2 games and sit 5th which has given us time to appoint the right candidate otherwise we can under Lowe and Travis leadership. Cooper won't drop to the championship. Plus he is money manager. He had plenty of falling outs with players at Leicester.

I have no idea why and we don't if he is being interview or not for sure. Wouldn't be on my shortlist of 6 to 10 candidates to be interview here. I think its right to interview so many and see what their thoughts and ideas about the team in the short term, medium term and long term. Can be all done by zoom then complie a 3 man shortlist from that and second interview them, picking their number 1 choice from that list. It's important we pick the "right candidate". Here and not choose the wrong one. Big call for Gestede and Owen

I don't see what the problem is interviewing candidates to find a new head coach. We need to make the right appointment, yes we all know how many games are left thanks. I honestly don't know when a decision will be make, we could appoint someone tomorrow or Tuesday for all we know. Just my opinion of who will do the interviews and then give their recommendation to Pasha/Waggott to finalise the deal We had over 150 applicants so conducting interviews very logically and find the right head coach appointment. Lowe is doing a good job at the minute Eustace officially got permission on Monday Evening yet still took over 2 days to formalise that deal anything can happened in the playoffs and you are so quickly to write off our chances again and again. I don't disagree here I don't see Venkys being part of the process. I think and this is just my opinion that Gestede and Owen are interviewing before making their recommendation to Pasha/Waggott who will say Yay or Nay it was Nixon who say Boateng could be part of the coaching staff
