I agree it would great to keep staff. Gestede has bought his own head coach in and own staff in the recruitment department.

We had this conversation last week about this season transfer spend being between £4-5m. Gestede said similar budget for next season as this once as I explained previously FFS. well well, The emotions of following Blackburn Rovers. The high thinking of playoff place when Ohashi and then the lows when they scored an equaliser. Then hoping/shouting at the tele that we need a goal to clinch a playoff place after that. This season people thought we were relegation candidates but we have proved that wrong massively and done very well this season. Finish 7th leaves me mixed emotions, one that we have done so well this season but gutted to just missed out on playoffs again Time to regroup this summer, enjoy the summer and the hot weather (hopefully), we make the signings Ismael wants and hopefully we can challenge for the playoffs next season. Also the fans at Brammall Lane were fantastic.

Its around 10/15% of spending compare to revenue but its all about recruitment

Surely it's about fairness first before quality He wins a trophy and get a Champions League place yet you sack him, bizarre. Spurs haven't won a trophy for years but you deliver what the fans want a trophy.

Surely the Europa League is actually a better competition without knock out champions league teams and surely when you been knock out that's it for European competitions for the season? Why would sack a manager/head coach when you win a trophy and that's what fans want? Do you think Wigan regrets winning the FA Cup but going down? I bet most don't

Spurs and United have put their efforts in this competition in recent weeks ignoring the league hence why they have rested players in Spurs case. I don't the European competitions so can't comment to much on what teams are like or quality wise
