  1. Rich Sharpe tweet Taking a stab at the starting #Rovers team: Walton, Nyambe, Adarabioyo, Lenihan, Rankin-Costello, Davenport, Travis, Johnson, Holtby, Gallagher, Graham.
  2. very easily Mark. Most Emails and letters are a waste of time. Non important. If it an important letter then of course I read it properly. is the letter form Rovers an important?
  3. No I wont roversfan99! Yes it does have something to do with this. You disagree but it could be years before we even enter a football stadium again. Who knows. So it is very much part of this! If you are unhappy about the lack of the club in offering a refund or deferral option then yes you should make your points know in a email or phone call. No point just complaining on a message board bit make your feelings knows to the club. You asked me what I thought of the letter and the honest truth is I haven't read it properly cos I just quick scanned the letter as I always do with most letters and emails. That's what I always do. I don't need to read the letter properly.
  4. Do you really think I am that bothered about my credibility on this site? I aint going to lose any sleep cos if it. It's a messageboard. Blimey, you think I was running for President or something!
  5. We have no idea how long this stadium ban will go on for. We have no idea when they will allow fans back in Stadiums. I am hoping end of the year but I would be glad to get back to some sort of normal life before that. It has been reported in the media that Sporting bodies are meeting with the Government about fans being allow back into stadiums and race courses. If any supporter wants a refund or deferral why not contact the club and speak to them directly. Maybe the club will change policy on this. If people don't want watch Rovers on a stream then yes there should be refund for them. No the statement didn't bother me but I didn't read properly just quickly scanned it anyway like I do with most letters.
  6. why? I cant see any keeper of 32 coming here as number 2. He will want to play surely
  7. If it a deferral refund then that would be on NEXT season or any season when we are allow back in stadium. They have asked fans not to request a refund but if some fans want it then the club would surely look at the requests. No I havent reverted to any type but try to look at the situation. Yes I am surprise they havent offer a deferral option but from what was said before by Pete they are looking at discount for ST holders on next season or beyond in buying a Season Ticket. That's will be announce at the appropriate time. If you have a problem with no deferral option then contact the club by phone or Email.
  8. No one has reverted to type tho. Yes the club have said there is refund if you want as @laughatthedingles has said. But the club havent said anything about next season cos we dont know about next season yet. There is talks from different sporting bodies and government about when fans will be able to return. Other clubs might offer their fans a discount for next season but no guarantee we will be back or even some of us. Yes Rovers could offer deferral option to later date or in the next week if fans who want a refund. It's a question that you should send to Rovers to see if it is option they will consider
  9. And that could be announce in coming weeks from the club But their focus is on this season.
  10. And wat happens if we not back in Stadiums next season?
  11. What happens if we aren't allow in stadium next season all season? Is there any point Rovers announcing a discount for season ticket holders when we might not be back in Stadiums
  12. You cant expect the club to tell fans about a discount for a potential season ticket next season when we have no idea when we back in Stadiums or even if we will be allow next season. So many variables in this like if we get hit by second wave of coronavirus or when next season will start. The club will work in background about a potential offer but no point in announce it cos the last government advice was no fans in Stadiums until a vaccine or treatment is found.
  13. Thanks for the update Pete.
  14. Very judgemental there. Get them a proper chance
  15. Reports on Wearside says Rovers set to sign Jon McLaughlin this summer https://www.lancs.live/sport/football/football-news/blackburn-rovers-expected-sign-goalkeeper-18400745
  16. I have no problem with watching the game on a stream for all 9 games. I will be watching. I suspect we will have a couple of games on Sky TV.
  17. very surprise that Rovers haven't offer refunds to supporters who don't want watch the game on stream. Poor action by the club. Even if it was discount for a season ticket next season or as Roversfan99 has said a deferral refund. Does any anybody on here have a ifollow pass already before this crisis? Can they say how good the stream is and will it cope with extra demand?
  18. That's cos they are only 23 teams in league 1 so you cant have played the number of games. Wycombe would have played Bury that weekend before the season stopped.
  19. I haven't look at his twitter page. clearly you were that interested his tweets.
  20. you don't like him cos he is willing to talk to the media and been open and honest with them. Sky have asked him to go on the show just like they have done with other League 1 owners like Burton and Tranmere for examples. Are they attention seeking or just be open and honest with fans of clubs? is that wrong for trying to open and honest for fans?
  21. Big fan of Rankin-Costello and he has been prospect for us for many years. Our academy is our future and we have to bring even players through. Thompson, Pike, Carter, Barnes, Whitehall, Burns are next in the pipeline to come through I would released Fisher, Grayson, Wharton, Platt, Mols, Lyons and White. Mot going to make it here in our first team so released them so they can secure contracts at other clubs if they can
  22. Peterborough United's owner was on Sky Football Show. He was very unhappy with the League 1 clubs vote yesterday to end the season on PPG with playoffs but he said he knew before the vote that football wouldn't restart as he wanted. He said that his focus now is next season and winning the league whenever they returned.
  23. I would say Teams will voted for what suits them best as a club and financial. Clubs dont want unfurlough staff and players unless they have to. Clubs like Stanley are a prime example of this. No they had a democratic vote on different proposals and the majority voted for EFL proposal. Can I understand Peterborough, Ipswich and Sunderland position and point of view? Yes I can.
