  1. Last thing on my mind would be the atmosphere at this stage cos fans wont be allow in so fans will need adapt for the time being You can currently pause your sky Sports subscription and not pay until live sport comes back on. But still watch sports channels. Yes people will struggle financially but people will always need to watch tv especially if they have to stay in more cos of this coronavirus. You have millions of sports fans out there that are missing their sport whilst understanding why this is the case. Premier League could have 2 games on during the week with kick offs at 6pm and 8.15pm and weekends 4 games a day with kick offs at 12pm, 2.15pm, 5pm and 7.30pm. Championship will be exactly the same as it has been. Hopefully with better tv coverage than red button.
  2. Plenty of people interested in watching cricket, football, etc. Why wont you been watching football in empty stadiums?
  3. The Football League has promised all Fixtures will be live one way or other. So they are going to need Sky to provide coverage of these fans. How other can they do it? Will Ifollow be able to cope with internet traffic? I doubt it. So Sky and Quest tv are going to be needed. Don't understand why people would cancel their sky subscription when the majority of sporting coverage will be on there if fans arent allow like Football, Cricket, golf, F1. Basketball set to come back live from USA shortly.
  4. here is my current Rovers save on FM20 which shows the 7 games I've been in charge for and my current tactic and style of play https://twitter.com/Roversfan4ever/status/1251271508695101441?s=20
  5. Are you playing Armstrong up front in 4-2-3-1? I played control possession style. I have let Mowbray start the season but was sacked early in season. I was appointed as Manager after impressing during the interview stage. Played 7, won 5 and drew 2. My first game was Huddersfield at home.

  7. I'm looking forward to squad rebuild under Mowbray. These 2 websites have suggested potential keeper options https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/3-goalkeepers-that-blackburn-rovers-should-be-targeting-after-frustrating-transfer-update-emerges/ https://www.lancs.live/sport/football/transfer-news/blackburn-rovers-transfers-brighton-walton-18083333
  8. Said previously Walton would go back to Brighton and challenge for number 1 spot at the end of the season. We wont be signing Steele or Button.
  9. The Newsroom is a brilliant series to watch
  10. Released from Hospital Great news
  11. No one is going to pay to read it
  12. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18373769.neil-warnock-reveals-rovers-interest-appointing/ Also reveals he had line up Sol Bamba and Hoilett to join us back then.
  13. I watched the Sunderland documentary series and I was impressed with Charlie. Pushing staff to reach targets. Donald, I was impress with his drive and wanting to the best for the Sunderland. I thought it was good to see the insight into transfers negotiating. Maja was never going to sign a new contract there. You could tell by his body language in the 2nd episode. Plus as Richard Hill said in the series the Maja's agent has history in taking players overseas and clubs getting very low fees for players Why the over paid for Grigg? simple cos they were desperate
  14. Looks very similar to wages, the game Football manager 2020 says players are on
  15. Get well soon Paul
  16. I have watched them all the 1st time. Amazing series. Very good
  17. Hows that when the Government will guarantee 80% of your.wage
  18. Thanks for the suggestion. My favourite tv shows are the West Wing, 24 and designated survivor.
  19. Thanks Sparks and Windymiller7 for replies.
  20. Man City owners will continue to pay it's staff wages in full and not used the furlough system. Shame that Liverpool and Spurs decide to use a furlough when both are have massive turnover. Shame players havent took a pay cut and use that money to pay normal club staff wages. Jacob and Josh Murphy have been helping out the NHS by delivery medication to people who cant leave their homes.
  21. Sunderland till I die season 2 is an excellent insight into football. Has anyone ever watch Prison Break or bodyguard tv series? Any there.any good?
