Thanks @Miller11 for sharing that info and your questions. I'm looking to the next one of those meeting cos big questions will be asked of Mowbray and the lack of defensive signings which he promises and what we need. We need a minimal of 3 defenders and a keeper with experience. Plus a centre mid, winger and striker. Instead we signed just Walton and Tosin. I'm not calling either poor signings cos I don't think either are but we need experience centre back with leadership qualities, a back centre back, left back to challenge Bell for that slot. Also a right back if you don't rate Nyambe or want to move him inside to centre back. You also have to questions why new contracts were given to Mulgrew, Hart, Luetwiler, Smallwood and Evans then judging by comments made by @RovingRover above us trying to sell these players. So why given them new contracts then. I think Johnson transfer was a good signing and someone who does improve the centre midfield quality. You have to question the Sam Gallagher as much as why we spent so much money on a striker after Brereton signing last summer when the money should have be the priority from the summer outlook. I like Sam Gallagher as a player but why spent so much of the budget on a 3rd striker. So at the start of the summer we need a GK, Left back, 2 centre backs, maybe RB, centre midfield, wide player and striker. so that's 7 to 8 signings need then any to replace players who left the club. Now I go on about who I would have target for each positions within our so called budget(then I will if you want just DM me). I think questions should be asked about the level of investment in scouting and recruitment in the club over the last 5 years cos we all knew that Rovers under a certain manager dismantled the scouting structure at the club. I will not post his name cos I cant bare to type his name. I would be in favour of bringing in a director of football opeartions to oversee the recruitment and scouting departments with European contacts. Just look at clubs like Brentford and Barnsley recruitment this summer and where players have come in from. Its makes us behind the times. I'm not saying Stuart Harvey is doing bad at his job cos I don't think he is but we could do with someone with European contacts and knowledge to oversee this. But there is plenty of players out there we could have sign from Overseas countries whether it Germany, Holland, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark aswell as some talented players in the UK.

Can you post who these players are? Mulgrew, Smallwood, Hart, Luetwiler, Samuel? Rich Sharpe keep asking the questions to be fair to him. can you post what you discussions was with Mowbray and Waggott? I can understand why you duped by both men. They has been plenty of good centre backs out there who would improve our defence and at the start of summer we need at least 3 defenders. Look at Brentford and Barnsley for 2 examples who have sold defenders but still managed to bring in good defenders at reasonable prices. For me, we need some one like Michael Hector who can lead the defence and he is only 27 years old, so you are getting a defender in his prime and adding value to the squad. Never know why we didn't target Sam Byram for the right back. The type of right back we need and at the right age. I hope we are in Hanley and Cunningham right now whether it buy, loan or loan to buy, but unless we bring in at least 2 defenders in the 24 hours of the window then I feel we are going to struggle to make top 6/10 and could be similar situation to Mowbray time at Coventry. I hope it doesn't come to this and Mowbray proves me wrong cos the guy deserve the credit he got for rebuilding a club and what he has achieve here. we shouldn't be in this position with 24 hours of the window to go. Big Questions need to be of Mowbray and Waggott now

I think you are spot on there. Owners told him you need to get rid of some players first before any more incomings

Neither am I GSR. I still a big fan of Mowbray and still backing him but if he doesn't sign anyone then I think he will a big ask to get us top 6 with that back 4. I like Bell but I don't think he is first choice in a top 6 team. 2nd choice yes. 1st choice in a middle of the team, but if we had an experience centre back next to him like Cooper or Hector then it would help him massively imo. Mulgrew isn't helping him at all

offer Samuel to Charlton on a free or a loan. Leeds fans are annoyed with them selling their best players yet again and loaning players in to replace them

Yes I am abit peeved/annoyed at the lack of defenders signed. Yes I think a new keeper and Johnson will help defensive but we still needed more in terms of defenders. I also thought Mowbray would be more ruthless in terms of cutting the squad of players like Mulgrew

We should be all over this deal and I would be very disappointed if we didnt make this deal happen I like Smallwood alot and he played with his heart on his sleeve and I have huge respect for him. I'm surprise a league 1 club hasn't come in for him like Ipswich, Doncaster or Shrewsbury. Just the sort of player they need

I would say Norwich success is down to one man and that being Sporting Director Stuart Webber in terms of signings there. He has great contacts throughout Europe and set up a good scouting structure there plus him and Farke have a great working relationship. Its a structure I am fan off as it allow the head coach to focus on training and set the team up whilst the sporting director finds the players and focus on negotiating the terms on players we want to sign after targets are finalise by both Sporting Director and Head Coach I think it would Joe, tho I respect your view it wouldn't and that fine. I think the 2 players I mention Hector and Cunningham would improve our 11 and make us significantly. I am getting annoyed with the lack of activity in terms of signings for the positions we need. Questions should be asked if we don't strengthen more at the back as that where we need to at the start of summer. We know what we need in terms of signings and players we should be selling. The Gallagher signing make me question why we sign Brereton if Mowbray will not use him considering the good pre season he had and look our best striker in pre season. Rovers/Mowbray should be targeting a centre back and Left Back before the deadline. Bring in Michael Hector(centre back) and Greg Cunningham(left back and available from Cardiff) and we are looking at top 6 finish otherwise we arent.

We have tried for a keeper from foreign market. We tried for Adam Maher but decided to stay in Holland. We also tried for German midfielder aswell.
