Trippier has been phenomenal for atleti this season. He was in la liga team of the season. So I guess when u have 4 interchangeable fullbacks who are world class its hard. I don't think jwp is up to international football. I think Bellingham will start if Henderson isn't fit

The 4 rightbacks are more than that. They can play in a number of positions. Better to have versatility than a stagnant rigid squad of players. I think this is our most exciting squad in 20 years. James crossing ability is hugely underrated. He can cross the ball as well as anyone. Just hasn't had the chance lately because hes being used more defensively. He has everything in his locker to be the best rightback in Europe in a couple of years

Stones didn't do that much wrong. He was very steady. Nerves might have got to him at the beginning but he improved especially in possession. I don't think maguire and stones are too bad. They're not elite defenders but they are better than alot of country's defenders in this tournament. I would play 3 at the back anyway with reece james as a right centreback
