  1. Must have been a mirage of Eustace I saw on the touchline against Stoke, then, and perhaps Johnson was lying when he said that Eustace spent four hours with the squad the day before the game, oh, and the more direct style obviously had nothing to do with him 😉 Just trying to provide a bit of balance against a backdrop of one or two clearly not willing to be objective towards him because he's not JDT and Waggott appointed him.
  2. A win, a defeat and a draw, (in a tough away game). Not great, but not terrible either, and realistically about as good as can have been expected.
  3. Broughton and Waggott are both Venkys hired goons. If they go, they will simply be replaced by similar low calibre personnel.
  4. Just mentioned on comms that he insisted on being known as the manager and bringing his own back room team with him. Enough said.
  5. Maybe you shouldn’t have worn that “F*ck off Nob End” T-shirt? 😉
  6. It's more justified pessimism than fear of the opposition, although they are in very good form. Our record against any local sides other than Blackpool in recent years is bobbins. Add to that, the club is in total disarray and the players are feeling sorry for themselves. Hoping for the best, expecting the worse.
  7. Happy Birthday. I'm sure 22 hours of it will be great. Not so confident about 15:00 - 17:00 😉
  8. Agreed, but you can choose to employ competent people in executive and senior positions at the club, and let them crack on. The Rao’s choose idiots and overrule at every turn.
  9. You stated that you can’t delegate responsibility, which is what I challenged. I think what you meant was that the Raos choose not to delegate responsibility, which is true.
  10. You can, and that's always been the underlying problem. The Rao's hire useless goons, (Agnew, Shelfy, Singh, Senior, Waggott, Broughton etc), and then intervene directly whenever it suits, which makes a bad situation even worse. They had the right people in situ when they bought the club, but chose to vandalize it beyond repair.
  11. The average perception of an uninformed outsider, which is what Jason now is.
  12. Last time we had a DoF we got relegated, and this time history is threatening to repeat itself.
  13. and the average Joe in our ever decreasing attendances will swallow it all whole. Pathetic.
  14. The bullshitometer will be registering off the scale.
  15. That’s big of him, seeing it’s more than a month away! Our motley crew of hired goons have obviously closed ranks re - the MacGuire fiasco. Just carry on as normal 🙄
  16. Yes, where indeed, and still no-one has come forward to take responsibility for the MacGuire fiasco. If no-one is sacked for it, I will definitely be erring towards it being sabotage.
  17. That’s football fans for you. Lose on Saturday and they will be calling Mowbray. Like JDT, Eustace has to work with “the tools” he has been given by Broughton (currently invisible). He can hardly come out and say, “God, this squad is shit”, can he? He has to try and instil some confidence.
  18. Come off it, he’s only CEO to tick a box with the EFL. Waggott is a hired goon.
  19. Exactly. Who appointed him and continue to employ him as CEO?
  20. It was crap, like it has been for much of the season. If we go down Eustace obviously shoulders some of the responsibility, but it’s certainly not all on him. That’s our sixth consecutive away defeat, which puts it in context. We are a mess, and the squad is crap. The squad is bugger all to do with Eustace. One of Broughton’s “great” signings could and should have got us out of jail at the death.
  21. Seriously, what sort of thing do you expect a new head coach to say when starting a new job? You are clearly miffed at JDT taking the fall for our situation, which I can understand, but it’s not fair to take that out on Eustace. Like JDT, he is working in difficult circumstances, but at least give the bloke a fair chance.
  22. Our situation certainly wasn’t all on JDT, but equally it isn’t suddenly all on Eustace. We look like a struggling side, which, bar one result against an awful Stoke side, is exactly what we are. It’s simply about cobbling enough points for survival.
