How exactly has he thrown Travis under the bus ? He was asked a question and he answered it. What should have been his answer to the question over Travis answer to the Derby bid? Now if Travis didn't say he wanted to leave and Ismael was saying that to try push him out then that would be throwing him under the bus. But Travis does want out.Would you have preferred Ismael to say Travis wanted to stay and then he leaves before deadline?

I like Miyoshi as a player but the attack need some pace drive and goals so I'd rather a player with those attributes brought in rather than him. Baradji looks like he could have something but the fact he may need an operation and the fact he would be another with no experience of English football I'd be walking away from that and looking for a domestic replacement for Travis even if only a loan. It's ridiculous that we are into the season and 3 of our strongest 11 Travis ,Hyam and Tronstad could still all leave by deadline At the moment I'd be playing 3 at the back with wing backs as we have no quality out wide in the 3 behind the loan striker.

I can understand an older player following a manager or someone going there on a short term contract but like no guarantee Eustace will be even there next season. If Eustace gets offered a better opportunity than Derby he will be off...if he does poorly then he would be in the threat of the sack.

When Broughton was appointed he spoke of the clubs plans and long term vision. Spoke about how we can't let what happened with Nyambe,Lenihen and Rothwell happen again and we needed to be more proactive with contracts . 12 months after Broughton and JDTs arrival that went out the window and here we are now having let our most experienced and better players get into their final year of their contracts.
