Surely, this ridiculous process must be concluded this week. It is a crazy length of time to holding an appeal and make a decision, one can only feel sympathy for Lewis O’Brien and the young Rochdale lad.

In my view, the best rovers performance for many a year. To a man, they were fantastic. Let’s hope they can perform like that Saturday and against Burnley.

That’s a real blow, squad really down to the bare bones. His experience would have been invaluable going into the last 14 games and a solid defender, needed when we struggle to score goals at the other end.

Delighted and surprised where we find ourselves in the league, we are competing for a play off space and that is not something I expected at the beginning of the season. As a Rovers fan, I’m not much bothered about entertaining and I’ll take a poor performance and a win, all day long. However, for some it will be a consideration when deciding whether to buy a Season Ticket or attend a match. I did think last season that Rovers were at a watershed with ST but somehow, we managed to sell nearly 9k. Poor against the local competition but not too bad considering the price point and proposition and would have been significantly if Mowbray had stayed on. This year, I really fear for sales unless they take a totally new approach, we need low price to generate volume.

I love watching great, entertaining football. When it comes to Rovers, I don’t care how we play, I simply just want to win, by hook or by crook and at all costs.

A good point, Pears played well. Delighted that we have managed to come from behind and Brereton has managed to get a goal. Cameron Archer scores again for Boro, another striker who was available and could have made a difference. At the death, we had a real chance to break and win it, why the hell did Brereton basically cull it and go backwards.
