You want to give that extra for those managers that inspire you, not a boring uncharismatic manager. Sorry 1864 I work for an Indian multinational and they are very loyal to their staff, more to my annoyance. I’ve wanted redundancy for the last 5 years and I’m still employed. I agree Sparks, agents are the scum of the earth. Players need expert help when negotiating contracts, but these twats are only in it for their cut. I don’t understand why clubs have to pay. It’s the player’s responsibility to get the best advise. I have to pay for pension advise not my Indian employer.

Agreed somewhat 99, but FFP is not fixed with a one-off windfall. Until we get out of this god awful division we have to plan for the long term. Giving improved contracts to a few will make the rest unsettled. They have to keep a tight reign on costs until success is secured.
