I said at the time (and was criticised for it) that it was odd that no other club seemed to have any interest in him at all. I worry they were right.

But we were speculating that this would be the case even before the team was announced. TM is just too cautious and he's a bit long in the tooth to change now. Need to lower our expectations I think.

The way we chased him for weeks and weeks and the price we paid, I thought he was some wunderkind. I honestly can't see what TM sees in him. Would a kid from our under-23's have done any worse? What was the final season ticket sales figure? Last one I heard was the 9500 quoted on here. If that is so, there were a fair number of walk-ons yesterday. Attendance was around 14400? Around 2500 Forest fans? If season ticket sales remained at around 9500 means well over 2000 walk-ons. Not gigantic admittedly but not insignificant.That would encourage me to believe we would get more if the price were lower.

Its less harmful than smoking certainly but it is not harmless. Vaping means taking in nicotine which is addictive. It increases the heart rate, in other words it makes the heart work harder, meaning potential heart problems down the track. As a way of getting off tobacco and not inhaling the likes of furniture polish and tar direct into your lungs, vaping is a better thing to do. However the vaper is still an addict. The longterm effects of vaping are still unknown for obvious reasons.
