Still no update. Maybe that’s good news* as there’s more to type up than ‘it’s too late/no one turned up, we’ll try another time’. Or maybe I’m just clutching at straws. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ * good news may well not be the right term to use!!

No updates yet. I’m now on my hols but will try and check again in the morning. No one hold their breaths though (either in relation to the court’s reliability or mine 😁😁)

I’ve no idea what, if anything, happened at the hearing but the judge definitely turned up…

Sacrilege

Both the original case and the appeal were brought by the Venkys against the relevant government department. Tomorrow’s hearing is a new appeal but both the case number for this and for the original case are contained within the listing. The first hearing for the new appeal (have I lost you yet??) was adjourned on 24th April as the judge was on holiday. The hearing tomorrow is with the same judge (as 24/4) so hopefully they checked he’d be back at work first!!

Brace yourselves everyone - the listing order is out for tomorrow ( @Herbie6590 the thread title needs amending re date) and the Venkys’ case is being heard… Third!!!! we just need the judge to turn up now lol (seems Venky’s have lodged a new appeal which has pushed them up the list)
