  1. It appears from the list that nearly all other stages of cases are heard before they move onto final hearings. Seems back to front to me.
  2. The Beautiful South - Don’t Marry Her
  3. In case anyone needs cheering up, we’re case number 60 in the court on Monday…
  4. I expect (hope!) it’s expectation management ‘Waggott style’ Leak links to really shit players in the hope that when we sign a less shit player (but not as good as we were initially wishing for) we’re all relieved rather than angry.
  5. I’m not sure that’s new news is it 😁
  6. I’ve had another look at the relevant regulation and can’t see anything which limits the sale and return basis to the minimum allocation. Your link certainly does suggest that’s the case though so maybe I’m missing something (or maybe Leeds are ignoring the rules!).
  7. and here’s a list of all of them: https://www.englandstats.com/club.php?cid=14
  8. Tickets (in the EFL) are supplied to the away club on a sale or return basis.
  9. Why wouldn’t it be? Surely the parent club can propose any conditions to the loan they wish* and it’s up to the loanee club as to whether they accept them? * subject to not breaching the rules, and I can’t see any reference to guaranteed minutes not being permitted.
  10. What did his previous incarnation do to be punished by coming back as him??
  11. Wiki says he scored two own goals vs Cardiff last year. At least he wasn’t sent off too.
  12. Not even if he displaced Tronstad? 😁😁
  13. and, according to SW, has no impact on the running of the club. edit - Rev beat me to it!!
  14. Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.
  15. If there isn’t a recall clause a player can still be recalled (during a transfer window) if both of the clubs and the player agree to it. The only additional caveat is this can’t happen in the first 28 days of the loan. Could this be what you’re getting mixed up with?
  16. The only rules regarding recall clauses are they’re only allowed in season long loans and the recall can only take place during the winter transfer window. I presume, but don’t know, a notice period could be included in a loan agreement if both clubs agreed to it.
  17. They didn’t need to give permission for him to play in the FA cup.
  18. 72 hours still seems an awfully long time.
