  1. He’s got us finishing sixth in the other thread so presumably some draws (maybe even a defeat or two) will be foreseen along the way.
  2. The Beatles - With A Little Help From My Friends
  3. Forecast by the same ‘experts’ who had Luton in their top two for last season.
  4. I canard believe how bad some of these puns are.
  5. We’ve six current players who are the spitting image of each other:
  6. I’d be amazed if Elliot hasn’t completely misunderstood something yet again (or been fed a line and not thought to check for himself). edited to add… He states the court case against the Venkys has been pushed back. The court case was brought by the Venkys it isn’t against them. This isn’t his only error in this article. He seems so far out of his depth I almost feel sorry for him.
  7. Per court room - I think Delhi has about 60 of these. Edited to add… Elliott says one of the issues is there’s only 4 judges in India who can hear such a case. I haven’t double checked but I reckon more than 4 judges have already been involved.
  8. Have they ever indicated what they think this agenda is?
  9. I wonder whether disclosing how many players we have per ‘wage scale’ (eg £2,500 - £4,999 pw) would get around any data protection issues?
  10. It has to be unless both clubs agree otherwise. I doubt there’s many occasions when both clubs would benefit from the fee being known. Personally I think all fees should have to be disclosed.
  11. The reference point for league minutes is the past 12 months so I think he keeps any Bundesliga ‘points’ for now. I first thought his points would gradually reduce through the year but as it’s minutes played as a percentage of minutes available I don’t think it will. I’m not aware of a minimum games threshold but don’t have time to double check that at the moment (it does seem strange that there wouldn’t be one).
  12. Well run clubs will engage with their fans over and above what any regulations tell them to do. Because of this, the regulations should be written with the badly run clubs in mind - I mean stipulating such things as: The need to minute any meetings and what’s to happen if these can’t be agreed. The complaints process should any fan attendee think the club aren’t complying with the regulations. The investigative process following such a complaint (and the club punishment(s) should the fan complaint be upheld). The rules as they currently are may as well not exist.
  13. When Broughton was here part of the ‘plan’ was to have a seamless transition upon any change of head coach. I presume that would have included ensuring any new manager had as similar as possible philosophy/style to the one he was replacing. That idea soon went out the window.
  14. Perhaps, rightly or wrongly, O2G used his previous experience in only including what he knew the club would approve. It does sound like the ff member ‘kick back’ re the minutes hasn’t happened before - maybe @K-Hod is in a position to confirm either way?
  15. How did the chair get this role? edited to add… If he doesn’t want to reject the minutes again he should stand down and allow someone else to do so.
  16. Bullet For My Valentine - Tears Don’t Fall
  17. I hope they made sure all the votes came from within BwD.
  18. To play in a match during a transfer window a player still needs to be on the squad list but the list can be changed ‘match by match’ during this time. The ‘final’ squad list then needs to be submitted to the EFL within 24 hours of the window closing. If this would be a weekend/bank holiday, the EFL will notify club’s of a different deadline.
  19. Let’s hope Feyernoord renege on the instalments too.
